He gave me the estimate and my insurance rated the Collision Center as #1 on their list for body work & collision repairs. I was informed on November 9th after contacting that they had to order a part ...more that was back ordered for a piece under the dashboard that was bent. He asked that I call back the following Tuesday to find out if the part had come in from from their distribution center in Michigan. They had not received the part needed when I called Tuesday Nov.14th. I called again on Friday November 17th frustrated that I had to keep contacting

to find out the status of the part. Finally on November 20th I called and complained after the car had sat at the Collision Center for 20 days and asked for a loaner which they do not provide but

promised the car would be ready by noon on the 21st. Noon passed and I called after 1 and was told the car was ready."

"After the work was performed, I started having more trouble with the car and it felt like it was going to stall every time I was idling. One day it did not start at all and I took the car to another mechanic shop and they were able to get it to start. The starter needed to be replaced. The mechanic called and asked me if I had had any work done recently ...more and I said yes and apparently there was a ground wire that was not connected and a bolt was missing on the transmission from the bell housing to the engine. He had to tighten the ground wire that was causing it to arc (it was creating sparks). This mechanic signed off on a letter stating what he found and what was needed to correct the problem. offered me $200, but I had to pay 498.08 just to repair their faulty work. They need to refund the 498.08 and the $800 I paid for the labor on the initial installation of the part."
