"He actually came a day earlier than planned. When original appointment was made it looked like he could not get to us for a couple days, but then called and said he had an opening later in the day. So he communicated well. His office receptionist was pleasant and helpful. When the technician arrived he showed where the problem was and explained everything he was doing and checking."

"Mr. provided a two hour window for his arrival and called about 1/2 hour prior to his arrival. He removed an old range hood that no longer worked and installed and wired a new one in about one hour. He also checked a 12 year old wall oven that was no longer heating properly and suggested that I purchase a new one. The old was was no longer in production which meant the parts were harder to locate and more expensive. A repair would have cost around $300.00 Mr. disconnected the hardwired oven and I purchased a new oven for $302.00. I've already scheduled Mr. to come in again to install the new oven"

"The Condo that I had just purchased came with a dryer that was not in perfect condition and required what quite literally came very close to contortionist positioning to start. showed up exactly on time, gave me some options, which included a new motor, but ended up getting me going to my satisfaction with a few tweaks and only charged me for the service call. I was happy not to be out of too much money and with the solution he provided for me. I have since recommended him to friends and would absolutely not hesitate to call on him again."

" Appliance has been our 'go to' company for years now. Every time there is an issue with the washer, dryer, or fridge, they send the same great guy to take care of things. has kept our appliances running smoothly for years and I wouldn't dream of calling any other company for repairs. He has never steered me wrong, fixed something that wasn't worth fixing or not been able to resolve an issue. He's a great service man and an asset to the company."

"I phoned him just before Christmas as my washing machine was giving me trouble. He told me he was retired because of health issues but did not me off the phone but instead asked me what was my trouble and talked me through a few steps and things to look for. It ended up that I didn't need someone to come out after all. welcomed me to call again in the future even if it's later in the evening and stated he would be happy to help troubleshoot the problem before I spend $70 for a service call. He was extremely pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. It is a shame that there are not more like him."
