"I was concerned about having the work done because I was afraid that it would mess up my outlets but everything worked just fine. I was very pleased with them. It cost quite a bit. They did a fine job and they were very careful about how they took the outlets off and they showed me what they were doing. They were very good. I think it is a fine outfit. They came on time. I've used them a lot. "

"I had just purchased a new home and initially set up an appointment for an estimate via phone. I was told by the call taker that someone would show up between 9a - 12p and if I chose to go with the estimate the work would be done immediately. Consequently I assumed the estimator and the technician would be the same person. I soon found out how wrong I was. The estimator arrived shortly after 12p and examined the areas to be cleaned as well as the number of air ducts. He then provided me with an estimate and said we could schedule a work order. I explained that I was under the impression the work could be done that same day or I wouldn't have waited 3 hours just to receive an estimate. To his credit, the estimator immediately scheduled the work for that same day. Approximately two hours later two air duct technicians arrived and immediately began working on cleaning my vents. I did have some concern that the hose they used to vacuum the vents had a rather large rip or tear in it, although the technician didn't seem too worried about it, nor did I see any debris come through the rip. Afterward I looked at the debris that had been removed and was somewhat surprised that it only appeared to be three or four handfuls of material. A couple of days after they left I did discover 2 vents that they failed to clean. The carpet cleaner arrived about one hour after the air duct techs left and did an outstanding job with the carpeting, pointing out two teeny tiny red stains that he was unable to remove. Overall the experience was satisfactory but I did not expect to spend 8 hours sitting around the house waiting for an estimator and two services. I'm accustomed to estimators arriving at a specific time rather than a 3 hour window and had I known this was the case I would not have chosen to use their services."

"I received a coupon in the mail for duct cleaning for $49.95 and I called to schedule an appointment. The appointment was for four days after the call and when the day arrived, the time range they should have arrived in passed by with no phone call, so I called to double check that they were in fact coming out. The receptionist seemed a bit valley-girl-like and not too professional. She informed me that their technicians had gotten tied up at another location and will not be able to come out that day for our appointment. So I reluctantly rescheduled for an earlier time, about a week later. The day came and time passed by without a phone call, so I was getting pretty upset with this company and was about to contact the Better Business Bureau, when I decided to call and speak with a manager. The manager was very professional and friendly. She informed me that many of their machines were having mechanical issues and were being worked on, but she made sure to get their next available technician out to our home as soon as possible. Once they arrived, about an hour later, the two men were very professional and friendly. They took time and care in cleaning our entire vent system, which ended up costing more since the coupon was for a certain number of vents. Overall, I am happy with the actual service, but the customer service of getting an appointment was less than professional and irritating. I suggest speaking with a manager when contacting this company."

"Service techs came out and cleaned out our air ducts and pulled out a whole mess of junk and dust. The original call was due to a very putrid smell coming through the ducts when the heat was on (turned out to be some dead animals in the crawl space) but the techs were very cordial and provided as much assistance as they could with the issue.
