"I?ve been thinking of doing a room addition for many years now, and I always felt that one thing was missing. And that was a bigger master bedroom and a master closet, but I didn?t know where or how it was going to fit in the space I had. So I went online and found Advanced. Nick came out and came up with the perfect solution. The Advanced team added new master bedroom and a huge walk in closet for me. They were able to bring out the master bedroom without compromising the size of my backyard. It was so well designed and built!"

"Gave valuable insight on installation and design from beginning to end. Gave an accurate quote and time estimate for production of windows, and then completed very professional installation and asked for my feedback on every detail. Would definitely recommend, and use again!"

"Construction master did a total remodel for one of my apartment unit. The owner, is excellent.
is at the job everyday. He is always on top of everything and he doesn't mind to spend extra efforts to make the job perfect.
He remodeled entire kitchen with granite counter tops and full granite back splash. His tile works were beautifully done. He completed the job earlier than he promised.
I highly recommend and will continue work with him in the future."

"The estimate process was smooth. Sejon doesn't over-promise like the two other proposals we received. They also didn't waste alot of time with fluff. It was a price for the work I wanted done. . After two more estimates that included displays and heat lamps and god knows what else we contracted with .
The prep this crew puts in is detailed. Covering everything from air vents to utility closets and countertops. No Coffee Klatch mornings. No social networking. H***, I think I heard a cell phone ring twice the whole day. The crew was focused and finished earlier than expected. One of the windows was slightly different than the one we had ordered. We came to a quick resolution. I was happy with the window and Pristine offered me a few bucks to keep it or they would be happy to order another and have it installed at a later date. We kept the window and couldn't be happier. Highly recommended."

"I've used for several projects, including painting and custom cabinetry, so was very confident in 's ability to supply the right products and an outstanding crew. After debating for 3 months, though, I decided against replacing my windows because of the substantial-for-me cost: roughly $15,000 for high-quality ones.
But when notified me in Nov. that his chosen supplier, Superior Windows & Doors, had dropped the price drastically on its best-model windows, I jumped. cut his price on the windows & labor to $9,000, which ? after the $1,500 tax credit ? would reduce my cost to $7,500, or half the original bid. His guys came & measured the windows twice -- retrofits have to be perfect to fit well -- & the windows were ready a few weeks later. The crew spent 1 day putting in the 3 sliding doors, & a 2nd day installing about 15 windows.
The quality of the windows is superb -- the dual-pane glass seems to be straighter & clearer than its low-end predecessor -- & they slide like butter. The installation is also so flawless you'd never know they were retrofits: perfect corners, invisible putty or caulk, no gaps whatsoever, not noticeably wider than the original frames. Per usual, 's crew was friendly, polite & very low-key. I work at home, & there were no loud radios or unnecessary interruptions.
But if you're installing energy-efficient windows, beware: "Low-E" glass is darkly tinted, and it **WILL** make your house darker! Mine is shady to begin with, and once all the windows were in, the light was cut by 10 - 20%. I called in agony, & he quickly came over & assessed the situation. He recommended solar tubes for the living room, and ordered them for me -- about $600 apiece -- with no markup of his own. Not cheap, but much less costly than replacing the windows again or installing regular skylights at 3-4 times the cost.
The solar tube guys were starkly different from 's crews -- they reeked of cigarettes and looked like they'd been out partying all night, though their work seems solid enough. The solar tubes did indeed lighten up the room to its pre-low-E state, & perhaps more. But they looked like UFOs floating in the ceiling: weird disks more like florescent light than sunlight, & the light from them was decidedly bluish. I was again thoroughly depressed until I discovered there are "warming filters" -- amber colored pieces of plastic -- that can be slipped under the lenses. I had them put in a week later. It's still not like sunlight, but is infinitely better than it was pre-filter.
scores high points with me for his willingness to address the problem asap. I will also say that the other manufacturers I talked with, & everything I read online, said the lighting change from low-E glass is imperceptible. WRONG -- it?s not! Nor did catch it when I visited another customer's house because it was an day. If I had it to do over again, I would've skipped the tax credit & just done clear double-pane windows. But under the circumstances, this was the best possible scenario. I think the issue with contractors isn't whether things go wrong ? since they often do -- but how the contractor deals with them. is exemplary on that score. He even had his guys wash the windows thoroughly once they were installed.
Btw, my final cost was more than $10,200 ($9000 windows + $1,200 solar tubes) because I also had the windows tested for lead by a lead specialist (about $300) & had to pay ADT to reposition my alarm sensors (another $300.)"

"From the onset, was a pleasure to deal with. Sejon Dingh is the owner. He is an architect by training. I had another major window replacement company out before using him. I am so glad that I had him come out. He is current on what is up to code, and the sales representative of the other company would have put in things that were not up to code. Furthermore, the other company was much more expensive, and I would have gotten less for my money.
Sejon's whole team was utterly professional. They showed up on time, took great care in doing what needed to be done, and carefully cleaned up afterwards. I could not be happier with the outcome and highly recommend ."

"I found -Dor on Angie's List, & if is representative of their professionalism, it doesn't get any better. He was extremely knowledgable on code issues related to windows, & pointed out several that other contractors hadn't. We also spoke multiple times afterward as I struggled with a decision on which manufacturer to use, & must have answered 30 or more questions on precisely how the windows functioned, what their dimensions were & how the installation process would work. It took me almost a month to get to one of -Dor's showrooms, which are in Orange County & San , & he also generously extended a pricing guarantee a few days. I found WinDor's products to be seemingly very well-made, at least in the showroom samples. In the end, I decided to go a little higher-end in order to get something a bit more elegant -- I'm only going to do this once -- but it was a really tough decision. Of the vendors I spoke with, WinDor was definitely the best value for the money -- about 25% less than I was quoted on seemingly comparable products."

"Our experience was 100% positive, flawless. We received an initial estimate and consultation regarding exact type of window for each opening. I was reluctant to install white vinyl into our 1920's Spanish style duplex, but replacing with wood for 50+ windows would have been exhorbitant. The installers were able to work with all the existing openings, which was great, as we were able to keep all the existing molding on the interior and exterior. There were a few places where the sashes got chipped during the install, but we were warned that would happen, and was relatively minor due to the care taken by the installers. The biggest accomplishment is that the job was finished EXACTLY on time, even though a few tricky situations arose due to poor workmanship on the PREVIOUS installation. They made sure that at the end of each day, all the openings were done so that our lower unit tenants would be secure. There was consistent follow up from the company - starting with our salesman Black, who gave us his word that everything would be done right, and they delivered 100%. Our new windows look great, function perfectly, have UV filters, keep us cooler in summer and warmer in the cold; block out sound wonderfully; great screens to keep the bugs out... Can't say enough! A company that does business the right way!!!"

"Took a long time to find the right contractor to tackle this complicated project and at is the guy. We felt confident that the best ideas were on the table when discussing the project and were pleased at every step of the way.
We are still finishing up on the work and is our only choice to do it."

" is great because he always either answers his phone immediately or calls back within the hour. He is very specific about when he is coming and is very punctual - a godsend in any contractor. He's accurate about estimating how long it will take him to do a job and so his estimates of cost are on target. And I think very reasonable.Conceptually he "gets it". And he asks enough questions to really know what you want so I trust him to do it the way I want. I've found a lot of other handymen make assuptions and don't ask questions and you end up with something you didn't want. I'm very happy to have do projects at my house and his skill level is high so I would trust him with anything I can think of."
