are right on. In 2003 re-piped our whole duplex with copper and did a terrific job. On this call, beyond installation of the water heater, he and his crew fixed a couple of faucet problems that were due to someone's faulty installation. They also identified piping in the basement with an old-school valve, which they cut out and replaced. I would never have been able to turn off the water to the water heater with that old valve. This is the kind of value they give--they want everything to be right, safe, and easy for you.
Even if you don't hire him, be sure to look at his logo. It's priceless."

"The representative from arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem (where previous plumbers could not), fixed the water pressure valve, advised me on do's and don't in use of the Noritz system. He also advised me that I should change the cap on the water heater, which was confirmed by the Noritz representative when I called the company.
I would recommend any day to any one. Knowledgeable and courteous technicians. Reasonable prices. If you have tank-less water heater, don't use just any plumber, use Noritz certified technician. My heaters were previously incorrectly installed by licensed plumber, but he did not have experience with tankless."

"I would say everything went well. and were pleasant, did what they had to do and cleaned up after themselves. I would have appreciated a call when they were maybe 70 minutes late arriving, apparently due to having to go to three different Home Depots to find in stock the water heater I had chosen. But, on the other hand, was easy to reach on the phone and called back when he said he would."

"My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with . We had just bought a 1941 house and I believe the plumbing was original. There was very little volume through the galvanized pipes, so we decided to re-plumb the entire house in copper. We got a few quotes and after diligent Angie’s List research, stood out since he had great reviews, was willing to work with our budget and guaranteed that his work will be of the best quality. His team was very professional the entire time. They showed up on time, kept the house as clean as possible (difficult, considering walls had to be opened up, then repatched), used quality products the whole way through and was done in the 2 days as promised. After the work was done, he made sure to stay for the inspection and address any questions or concerns the inspector had. This was very critical considering the questions that were asked went right over my head and I would have been lost without him. For the couple minor comments that were generated, immediately remedied the issues and made sure the inspection passed with flying colors. Since that major job, we have called for a new tankless water heater, minor service calls and even just some advice. Each time he has been very generous with his time and expertise. He has really developed into a trusted, lifetime resource!"

"I called because on the website, he is listed as one of the only authorized techs in my area. I was experiencing problems with the tankless water heater, and I needed someone to check it out. As it turned out, I was able to determine the cause of the problem before he even arrived, I had some water leaking through my roof, which dripped into the unit causing the igniter to stop working. I simply fixed the roof, and dried out the unit, and my initial problem was solved. I still had the appointment scheduled with to check out the unit, so I kept it, as it was free of charge.
He calls me once to reschedule, and I oblige. He arrives, and gives me a very detailed inspection of the system, complete with pictures and description. He advises me that my unit needs to have a gas/water valve servicing every few years to prolong the life of the unit, and it appeared I was due for one. I didn't question this as the previous owners of our home had neglected to make any general maintenance upkeep in the time they owned it. The cost for this service was about $300.00. I approved it and he said he could get it done next week.
I schedule a time, and he didn't show up. I had to call him numerous times to get him on the phone and to reschedule. Finally he sends someone else out to do the work, and I feel good knowing it's done and all is well.
Unfortunately, that didn't last long. The unit works worse than before it was serviced. I had no problems with it before he got his hands on it, and now it does not ignite and heat our water intermittently. We can wait up to 10 to 20 minutes for our hot water to come on.
I call back, and he says he'll come check it out. We schedule a 9am Wednesday morning time about five days in advanced. The time comes and goes, with no phone call, and no word from him. I call him, he apologizes, and suggests we meet tomorrow, at 5pm. That time comes and goes as well, with no phone call, and this time when I call, he doesn't answer the phone. I wait to call him the next day, and he answers (probably because I called him from a phone number he wouldn't recognize). He apologizes AGAIN, and said something came up, and he couldn't even call me. Really??? Couldn't even call me???
Now, I don't know about you, but a courtesy call to cancel an appointment doesn't take more than 1 minute to make. If you run a business, it's your responsibility to make the call.
He has consistently wasted my time, with absolutely no regard or respect for that fact. He made a working unit not work. I write this as I sit here waiting for him to show up to our third scheduled appointment for him to fix what he broke.
Rude, irresponsible, and lazy. This guy is on my sh*t list."

"I was very impressed and will absolutely use them again. First was the responsiveness. They were on site quickly for the estimate and got all the work done on time and as described. I should point out that our job had numerous complications, none of which were the result of work by . They took each complication in stride, found a fix and made things happen. And in the end, stood by their pricing. we've also had questions with the water heater after the installation and their follow service and responsiveness has continued to be stellar.
I should point out my rating on price. I was explicit with that I wasn't price shopping for the lowest bid. I wanted a contractor I could trust to do the work right. I did some internet research and found that their pricing was reasonable for the unit they were recommending and for me that was fair. I didn't have to invest any more time in research or shopping.
Overall not only trustworthy, but an enjoyable experience to work with them."

"The construction experience was better than I could imagine. is a good communicator, he is fair, and he works very hard. His crew has been with him for many years, and they were all very pleasant. told me the costs, and he came in on budget. was able to answer all of my questions along the way. This was the first time I ever did major construction, and I was scared from all of the scary stories out there. proved them wrong!"

"Very well and professionally executed. installed the new unit, explained all the working parts and advised & instructed me how to flush the tank every 6 months. He fixed the outer casing that was originally installed improperly; cleaned up and removed the old water tank for disposal. Excellent job!"
