They fixed the transmission leak. I had to leave the car over night since they did not have the Linkage seals in the shop. I think they did a good job. They drove me home that night and they even brought my car to me so I did not have to go and pick it up in the heat. I thought was very good service. I was little surprised that I did not get a written estimate in the beginning, but I understand why. They had to find the problem first before they could give me an estimate. They did give me an estimate over the phone once they found the problems. I thought they were very honest and I would absolutely go back to them.

The dealer wanted $3, 400.00 for the repairs.
Los Angeles Transmission Shops Provider Name Locked
charged $1,800.00. The dealer work had a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty. Sunset's warranty is 1 year/12,000 miles. When I asked about it,
Los Angeles Transmission Shops Provider Name Locked
offered a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty for an additional $500. Comparing apples to apples, that makes him 33% cheaper ($1,100.00) than the dealer for the same repair.
Los Angeles Transmission Shops Provider Name Locked
didn't recommend spending the extra $500 for additional warranty time and I didn't. The repairs too three days; the dealer wanted 8-10 days. After the repairs were completed,
Los Angeles Transmission Shops Provider Name Locked
asked me to bring the car back in a week or ten days for a quality check and at that time he was unhappy with something he heard (I didn't hear a thing) and made additional repairs/adjustments at no cost.
Los Angeles Transmission Shops Provider Name Locked
is the owner; it is nice to deal with the owner. I highly recommend

I had multiple leaks/hemorrhages in my transmission. My auto mechanic didn't know from where and thought it might need a complete transmission overhaul ($900 minimum). Instead of doing that, I went to
Los Angeles Transmission Shops Provider Name Locked
where
Los Angeles Transmission Shops Provider Name Locked
said it most likely just needed to be resealed. He quoted me $475. I didn't go anywhere else so I don't know if this is expensive or not. Since they seemed really nice and trust worthy, I just let them do the work. It was ready in two days. The
Los Angeles Transmission Shops Provider Name Locked
seem to have stopped, and it was only about $25 more than they quoted me. The topper: when I dropped the car off, I was given tomatoes from "the garden", and when I picked it up, I sat in the office and enjoyed watermelon from "the garden" while I settled my bill. Bottom line: these guys are really nice, trustworthy (I think), and quick (I think).

They were very professional. I thought that they had a reasonable price. They were clean. They washed my car before they gave it back to me. They were prompt. They did a good job.

They did excellent work. Their mechanics are very good. They are friendly and take the time to explain the work that is being done. They are very confident in the work they did. I think the job turned out fine.

Los Angeles Transmission Shops Provider Name Locked
was very pleasant on the phone (Saturday afternoon). He guaranteed the job would cost between $1200 and $1800. I went to the
Los Angeles Transmission Shops Provider Name Locked
website and chose the Pasadena location because it was the closest
Los Angeles Transmission Shops Provider Name Locked
to our house that ACCEPTED online coupons. My husband forgot to mention the coupon when he spoke to
Los Angeles Transmission Shops Provider Name Locked
on the phone. We dropped the car off two days later (Monday morning). When he tried to mention the online coupon offered on their website to the manager he was blown off, "not necessary, it's included in the price." Excuse me? You quoted us the price before you knew we had a coupon. Again, at pick-up we tried to discuss the coupon (Tuesday). Again we were told the same thing, it's included in the price. Not sure how or where our $100 dollar coupon saved us money. We were quoted a price that would be between $1200-$1800 without a coupon. Final cost, $1800 plus tax. Disappointing to say the least. We could have just taken it in to the Glendale location. It was closer.

Great work. I was referred to
Los Angeles Transmission Shops Provider Name Locked
by my regular auto shop.
Los Angeles Transmission Shops Provider Name Locked
helped me out, and the work was done quickly. I have put over 20K miles on the car with the new transmission without any problems. My car is a 15 year old European sedan, and it's been running great. It was an expensive repair, but better than buying a new car! I can't comment on the price because I didn't shop around, so I don't know if it was more expensive than other places. Also, the parts for my car are generally expensive, so that may have added to the cost.

Very good service and prompt. Showed us used and failed parts and provided us a one year warranty for repairs made. I am very satisfied with my car's operation now.

took the time to explain what was wrong with my cars. They gave me a couple of choices I could make as far as repairs. They completed the job on time and without and added on cost.
