Jr Guy was always on call if I had concerns. He was extremely pleasant and on time. He was always willing to work with my schedule. His crew were very respectful of my property and pets.
Jr Guy was very helpful and understanding of my particular circumstances. I was on a deadline and right before work was to start, my loan was transferred to another mortgage lender. My repairs were covered by my homeowners insurance and the check had been sent to my original lender to be signed and then sent back to me. It took well over a month for me to receive the funds to pay B & G roofing. Jr Guy allowed me to pay what I could afford from my own funds and was extremely patient about receiving full payment.
The work took 3 days and looks great.

All I can say is "Thank you B & G" Roofing.

Ed, the roofer was punctual and friendly. He knew what he was doing and asked me what the apparent problems were that I had noticed. He did find that the garage roof was poorly done by another company, and showed me pictures of the areas that had come open. I will need a new roof on the garage, and he said he would have the company send me an estimate. He said the house roof was OK. No attempt to upsell.

We got the Angieslist deal for them to do the gutter cleaning and that went really well. They also inspected our roof since it's 9 years old. they were very knowledgeable, showed up right on time and even called first, took pictures to show us what needed fixing, etc. I can't remember the pricing on the repairs and seals they did, but it was good since I had shopped around.
The $720 price I'm quoting here is for the install of the 2 wind turbine vents. Our roof has no ventilation so really hoping that this makes a big difference. The price is really good as the other bid I got, also an Angieslist vendor was considerably more--about $1100. The wind turbines are those roof vents that look kind of like giant mushrooms on your roof, and they spin with the slightest breeze.

Originally we contacted Slater rooking for an estimate to repair some loose tiles on the roof, and to replace a skylight, the estimate was very reasonable actually on the low side, As we were talking about the skylight he was in his truck leaving the property as i was trying to explain what exactly we wanted he was almost driving away, i thought a licensed bonded professional contractor would be able to provide some samples a picture or something therefore leaving it to me to look on the internet and guess on what the final product might look like. all i am able to tell him was we wanted to replace what looked like the original skylight that came with the house, i was trying to explain we wanted a tinted type not to bright but not to dark, he said we don't want that what we want is a frosted one , thinking to myself he must know what he is doing so i took his word for it.
A little over 3 weeks pass and a very polite man arrives with the skylight , installs it and WoW the amount of light it let is was amazing as we thought this was completely wrong . The old one let in less light, i call the company and express my concerns , i was told they would take care it, the gentleman leaves and we wait all day thinking he would return witch never happens , i receive an invoice that evening threw the email for the job, the job that is still not even finished and we receive the bill. A week passes by and i hear nothing from them so i call and the remedy i am told is they would apply some window tint ( the kind for cars) to the outside of the dome skylight ( the original skylight being a flat type ) .
Being open minded i think ok lets see if it works, i was given a call the night before they were scheduled to arrive and was told we would be there first thing in the morning, morning arrives and there are 4 men on the roof my wife is in the shower at the time . the skylight is off and there is a gaping hole in the middle of our house ( can you image ) not very professional at least ring the door bell or give a phone call letting us know you have arrived. So disturbing ......
As they are applying the window tint it looks horrible you can see the two pieces of tint are not lining up it is looking horrible at this point, i call the company the owner arrives with a terrible attitude like this is my fault, he is complaining saying things like lets just put a piece of plywood over the hole making comments to his employees , another suggestion he made was to spray paint it black.. at this point i just lost it and asked the to get off my property all this aggravation for nothing
So not getting what we original asked for he makes us pay for labor and materiel, i find the distributor he purchased the skylight for and the cost is only $ 280.00 dollars, and his cost to us for this nightmare $675.00.. and now we have a black trash bag covering the skylight as my wife said he is a

I spent quite awhile researching a roofing company because most of my
friends had not had pleasant experiences. I narrowed the options down to
4 and met with each.
Los Angeles Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
was by far the clear choice. He was quick to
reply and reachable via phone, text & email, which works great with
my busy work schedule. He was able to come over early before my husband
& I had to leave for work and was willing to schedule our 3 day
roof install Thurs-Sat since that worked better for us. He was very
thorough and patient with all our questions. An added bonus was he had
done a roof previously in our neighborhood so took my husband on a quick
trip to see it! His crew was very professional and FAST. job ended up taking 2 full days and a couple hours. They definitely went above and beyond. Can't recommend
Los Angeles Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
& his crew highly enough!

I used
Los Angeles Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
to fix a couple leaks in our roof and repair a gutter that had come loose from the
Los Angeles Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
. The first available date for service was almost a month out when I initially called (everyone in LA must have been wanting to repair their roof, I guess), but they called back about a week later saying they had an opening that week. Scheduling was easy from that point forward. They sent a technician out to diagnose the issue and a separate person came back later that day to do the repair work. Pricing was quite fair and the work appears to have been well done. I would definitely use them again for roofing repair.

I paid the $99 for a roof inspection and minor repairs.
Los Angeles Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
came and was very courteous and professional. He said he would inspect our roof and make minor repairs and recommendations. As far as I know he did that, though of course I haven't been up to the roof to see what was actually done. My problem is I have a patch of tiles that have fallen off the front of the house that need to be replaced or at a minimum nailed back up to the roof. I asked for an estimate to get the tiles replaced which I've never gotten -- and that was the primary reason for hiring them. Moreover, I asked for an estimate to replace all of the tiles on the front of the house and I never got that either. So now I have to start from scratch to get some else out here to look at the roof and give me an estimate. And I may be wrong but I felt like it would have been no problem for one of
Los Angeles Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
workers to have nailed the tiles that fell off the roof back up there for a slight fee. That was never offered. I should have asked him to take care of it, but I thought I was going to get an estimate on how much it would cost to replace the tiles and otherwise do it right. So I feel like the $99 was probably worth whatever minor work they did on my roof, but the exercise was a waste of time for me because I didn't get what I really needed.

I just hired and completed my second total tear-off/roof replacement with

professional and timely with billings and communications. As with any large job, some issues arose and that's when you know if you're dealing with professionals or not.

Los Angeles Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
was great. He took the time to explain what should be done to our roof and drove us around to several other houses he had done to help us pick the right color. His price was very similar to another estimate we got from Angie's List, and he offered options for different levels of quality and gave his opinion but didn't try to upsell. His crew was excellent -- polite, clean, timely -- and the roof looks great!
Los Angeles Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
seems to genuinely care about the customer's satisfaction and asked us to call him when we remodel the kitchen so that he can make sure any new vents are installed through the roof properly.
