Los Angeles Pool Cleaners Reviews

"The final product was terribly splotchy and uneven.

Skinner blamed everyone else, taking no responsibility for the outcome, though we and our pool man made sure Skinner's instructions had been followed exactly.

was rude and confrontational, though we had been polite and respectful throughout. This was a miserable, and expensive, experience. "
"Very basic service for $165, though professional and timely. Overpriced for what I got (cleaned filter vs. replaced; semi-cleaned spa cover but didn't condition, etc.).
"Simply put...Brother's is the best!

is nice, articulate and very knowledgeable. They did everything they said they would do on-time and on budget. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of my property. The job took less time than they originally quoted and the results were amazing. This is a very professional business that I would refer to anyone!
"The guys came out prompltly, we're super polite and knowledgable, identified the problem rigt away and fixed it. No issues whatsoever. Totally trustworthy and very fair. I would go back to them for all my pool needs.

are great. They've been maintaining our spa for some years now. Most recently, the obsolete 2 speed motor powering our spa died.

located a replacement and installed it only to have some of the ancient/brittle PVC pipe crack and leak. After replacing as much of the pipe as he could reach, we discovered that the new motor would run at low speed but not high. In other words no jets, no oomph.

made another trip and fixed that too. At the end of the day, I don't know how many times

"Exceptionally nice people to work with and very responsive. We kept adding on additional jobs. Price seemed high but I think in line with others in the field."

met with us and discussed the job. He understood what we wanted, offered appropriate suggestions and appeared to know what he was doing and what was required. We hired him based on his apparent capability to handle the entire job, even though we had been quoted lower prices by other contractors. I was not able to contact other customers prior to signing the contract, but went with him anyway based partly on the recommendation of my pool man. The work started when promised and proceeded rapidly. The entire job took less than two weeks. There were some small follow-up jobs that had to be done and they have been completed. My only complaints were: (1)

was very busy on other jobs in parallel with mine and spent very little time at my job site, and (2) their failure to do a good final clean-up and restoration of the job site. We are very happy with the end result in terms of quality of workmanship and appearance.

was very friendly and casual, and doesn't put on the pressure to upsell more expensive or other services. He is honest to the point where he even foregoes possible business, like when I asked him if he would service our pool if we got this house. He said there are plenty of good pool service providers in my area, and I would be better off with a nearby company. He also said he would recommend a couple of options for other pool restoration companies (our pool needs re-plastering) in case we wanted to shop around.
The pool equipment at my property is in good shape, but the pool has been painted with incorrect paint to hide the poor condition of the plaster. This is exactly what we believed before he looked at it, and, without us telling him anything, he confirmed our suspicions.
His estimate seemed average. neither overpriced nor inexpensive.
He arrived a little late but this wasn't a problem.
His report was thorough, and didn't contain unnecessary recommedations for uneeded work, like a couple of other pool inspectors I have used in the past.
I would use him again.
"Bought new Home and
Los Angeles Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
was already familiar with our pool, so we went with them. First time I owned a pool so I didn't know what I was getting into. They charged 100 a month which was Ok. We have a salt water pool and I learned months later that they had been adjusting the salinity levels completely wrong. About 2 months into servicing our pool the owner sent his older brother who was in his late 60's to clean our pool. He barely spoke any English. And months later the pool started developing a strange odor and a yellow fungus type substance was on the side of the pool. Obviously mishandled the salt levels...and when I told him this was unacceptable he didn't apologize and told me to get another cleaner. Unprofessional and disrespectful businessman. would suggest not hiring him.
"I was pleased with the service. Initially, there was some confusion about the time of the appointment, then I found damage in the area around the spa. The company was immediately responsive. I learned from my handyman that the damage to the decking was due to improper staining by another contractor - and not the fault of this company."
