Before they even began our weekly service, they sent someone out to assess the chemical and salt levels of the pool and make sure the pool was ready (it was a new plastering job) to be serviced. I would hire again, but they do have more than one job going on at any given time, so I would be real clear about your intended time line. I got home and read the directions and no where did it mention this product. The product was unused and unopened. I tried to return the product within the store's 30 day return ...more policy. They're probably not the cheapest in town, but if you're sick and tired of people showing up at your house who just punch the clock and couldn't care less about your house or pool or whatever, or if you're tired of always having to do things twice because some repairman screws it up, then I would especially recommend Spectrum and Tomo; they know what they're doing and did a great job for a fair price."
