Steve De Jarnatt gives Michael's Valley Plumbing a BS award, but only because they gave the best service when clearing sewer roots.

Others wanted to charge $300 or more for a camera inspection, he says, "but Michael's cleared roots for $425 and sent a camera down for free. They said the pipe might need a bigger fix, but not yet. A company that doesn't try to scare you into expensive work - how rare is that?"

De Jarnatt goes on to give other consumers facing plumbing problems his hiring advice. "It couldn't have gone any better," he says of his own hiring experience. "These guys are the very best. Honest, thorough, completely professional and a pleasure to work with. You cannot do better."
