After work had started, we immediately noticed that his crew leaves worksites in pristine condition. You come home at night and everything is tidy and clean. They cover all the furniture, they don't mess up carpets, etc. The work progressed quickly over the next 2 weeks. Inspections were passed with ease, no mistakes were made, and problems were solved. Example: the bathtub supplier delivered an incorrect model tub.

came by that evening to discuss our options, and the next day he worked his magic, located our original tub, and was able to keep us on schedule. Another example: we had purchased our vanity through Restoration hardware, but on install day, one of the included sinks was broken.

's crew was able to get us replacement sinks that day, and custom fit them to the vanity. Our cost was only the cost of the sinks. No surprise overages, no problems, no issues. The work is done, and it looks phenomenal. The finishing is fantastic. Everything is installed right, the paint is immaculate, the plumbing and electrical all work perfectly, there really is not a single flaw.

He started at 10am and was done before 2pm. He told me if I discovered any problems, to call him. That night under different light I noticed some rough patches - and the caulking around the tub was starting to separate after it dried. I called him the next day and he came right out the following day and recaulked and made sure all the areas were filled in and smooth. When the exterior work was finished and it was time to switch to painting the interior, I was sorry to see the outside crew leave. The next workday, the interior crew arrived on time and immediately proceeded to take great care in moving our items, covering and masking everything. They were just as nice and professional as the exterior crew. Like the exterior crew, they took the time to unscrew and remove everything from the walls...(unlike most painters that we?ve experienced, who tend to paint around them). Late one afternoon after painting one wall in the living room, we realized that the color was wrong. The guys didn?t think a thing of it, stopped painting the walls, finished up with some other work and came back the next day with the new paint selection. He walked around the house with me as I showed him the 3 doors that were sticking and explained to him what needed to be done for recreating and installing a windowsill that had fallen off our house due to a heavy rainstorm. He explained to me how the ...more pricing would work for his services from the actual time spent at the house to the time he needed to go pick up supplies at the hardware store to install a new windowsill. He planed a couple of doors and figured out that one of the doors needed to be re-hung. He worked very efficiently, and explained to me what he was doing all along the way. I liked that he seemed to know how to do everything that we would ever need done in the house being a professional general contractor. The windowsill installation required some sanding of the plaster inside the windowfram after he had finished and he did the job very professionally, and then left the room spotless after he had re-painted and matched the paint color perfectly around the window to the rest of the wall. I could not be happier. The price seemed a little higher per hour than what I typically pay for repair work, but given how quickly he got these 4 jobs done (in about 3 hours including his trip to the hardware store), I was very happy with the overall value for the work."
