"Jula and have cared for my Golden Retriever for about 2 years now. often stops by to hang out and say hi to the staff since he likes them so much. The important things about to know: Seriously professional. This is not your random group of actors with no insurance or experience walking your dog. (its LA! it happens!) They are fully licensed and insured, incredible responsible and hoest, and reliable to the nines. They do a full doggie pre-interview. Always. Every member is top notch and made me feel really comfortable about having them in my home and taking good care of my boy. I also love the great notes left each day about how the walk went, what they did, and if there are any issues I should know about! I also notice other dog walking services with big packs of dogs that they just drop at the park. never does that. They walk/hike each dog individually (or together if they are buddies from the same home) and I like that extra attention.I feel like I'm getting my money's worth. All said, an A+ in my book. "We called mere days before we were to leave on a week's vacation and her calendar just happened to open up. We had used and been satisfied with her services before so we were happy to leave the keys with a dependable person. She came over twice a day to feed, water and visit with the cats, and did all the usual house-sitting chores. She is reachable by e-mail or phone when you're on the road, and left a nice "wrap-up" note about how the week went. No worries, no surprises."

"I can't imagine better dog walkers/sitters than and . It requires a great deal of faith to entrust your loved ones with someone, and they always lived up to the trust we had in them. They are not just consummate professionals; they truly love dogs and it shows in the way they treat the dogs they care for. I wish we could afford to keep them on a daily basis, but they are always our first (and, thankfully so far only) call when we need someone to dog-sit for us while we travel. I couldn't recommend them any more highly."

"I have been using for 5 years. She comes and takes care of all my pets and their needs while I am away. She spends time with them and cares for them, following any explicit directions I may leave her. I met her when she was a receptionist at a very good veterinary hospital. She now works at an emergency pet clinic. This gives me a lot of security knowing if something should happen to my pets while I am away that she would know what to do and where to go."

"I was very happy with this service. Their coordinator, , was especially patient with my questions over the phone and even found me another sitter to come out on Sunday to give our cat an extra feeding since we wouldn't be returning until late evening. sitters did a nice job with our cat, who is very skittish around strangers. They left food for her twice a day (morning and late afternoon), filled her water bowl, scooped the litter box, opened and closed blinds, took in the mail for us and left a log of what they'd done. The lock box system works great; we didn't have to worry about misplaced keys. I also tipped the sitters. I highly recommend them. "

"The time period I hired included Christmas and New Years day. She charged extra for holidays ($26). I put a checklist on my front door so she could check off when she came. Two different neighbors later informed me that she did not come on Christmas or New Years day and she definitely did not check off the list on those days, but checked them the next day. I confronted and she denied it. I gave her the benefit of the doubt; I asked her did you come and just forget to check them off? She said no, she checked them off that day. I would not hire her again because of her dishonesty and negligence."
