Doctor says tears a sign of dry eyes

Dr. Ronald Gaster | Beverly Hills, Calif.

Denise Breakman received and an unexpected diagnosis after seeking relief from an uncomfortable eye condition. "I had been tearing up a lot," Breakman says. "Dr. Gaster believed this was due to dry eyes. He told me that people over 40 often suffer from dry eyes and don't realize it."

Breakman says Beverly Hills, Calif.-based Gaster informed her that early prevention is key when it comes to eye conditions, as they can quickly become more serious without proper treatment.
