Marble And Granite reviews in Los Angeles

They did a wonderful job. My floor looks like new!. We found them to be very professional, they showed up exactly when they said they would and got the job done as promised. We will definitely use them again.

fixed the problem in about three hours. We were highly pleased with how smoothly it went as well as with the results. We took pictures of the countertop before and after but unfortunately I do not see how to include them in this review.

arrived promptly to give me an estimate, provided a same-day written estimate, carefully explained the work and the timeline, and then stayed in touch as we worked together to schedule the work. They arrived when they said they would, and finished the day after they started.

Worst experience ever. After cancelling our initial appointment because someone broke in their truck and stole all of their equipment the crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. I had to work that day so I left for work and did not witness what they (3 person team) did. When I got home I was very disappointed. My floor looked liked it had been mopped only. There were several areas that were white/gray. The grout wasn't repaired as discussed and there was NO shine to my floor at all. On top of that we left only two pieces of furniture that we couldn't move and they didn't even move those. They just mopped around them. My contract states that they were going to degrease/strip old finish, condition and seal with highgloss sealer. Well it looked like they forgot the last two steps. My floor is dull...again with white/gray spots. I can say my floor looked much better before Marble &

, the owner, also told me that he would fill in areas that were missing grout, which they did in some areas but not all. The following Monday, 4/21/14 I called

and told him I was very unhappy. Explained what the floor looked like and he said he'd be back that Thursday, 4/24/14 to fix it. To this day, I haven't heard from him. Didn't show up and didn't call. Very disappointed...would not recommend. If I had the time I'd take them to small claims court.

I had a real hard time getting the appointment. They seemed to want to schedule it on a day where they would already be in the area. The man on the phone seemed to be trying to convince me that the deal that I bought through Angie's list wouldn't be enough to cover all the work. I said, just do whatever I've paid for. Clearly they make their money on upselling. When they came they did the work, it was fine. My marble probably needed more work than a polish could fix. It wasn't bad, but ultimately wasn't anything spectacular -- but I can't necessarily fault them for that.

and his crew were on time and very careful. They moved all of the furniture and stayed late until the job was done ahead of schedule. No hesitation in using this crew again.

I remodeled my kitchen in 2005 and unfortunately realized years later that the granite countertops were installed improperly and the marble floors were also installed incorrectly without floating the floors using cement. The granite countertop began cracking around the sink and the floors cracked in linear fashion along the "fault" lines of the matting underneath. I considered replacing all the countertops but decided to check into restoration and repair before incurring the expense of replacement . I requested an estimate from

after reading their positive Angie's List reviews.

arrived promptly as scheduled and knew exactly what had been done incorrectly and how to restore. I decided to have a custom marble bathroom vanity top restored and repaired as well as a marble side table as chips had occurred. After receiving an emailed estimate which I felt was fair, I arranged for

to do the work. He and his associate (brother?) arrived exactly on time. They put canvas throws to cover the floors leading from the front door to the kitchen, brought in their equipment and started the work. They worked efficiently for almost 8 hours. They cleaned up beautifully. All I can say is the floors have never looked better. The cracks are barely noticeable now and the marble is shined to a high

. The granite countertop is amazing --- I didn't believe that the crumbling, cracked granite around the sink could be restored to the point that I can't see the cracks. The vanity and side table were also restored expertly. I will definitely use their services for any stone restoration/repair needs.

The team showed up at the house to clean, polish and seal the very beautiful and rare marble countertops on time on the date scheduled. They didn't cover the floor, cabinets or appliances with plastic. I didn't understand the implications of this until later. They worked very fast and were finished within two hours. I did come thru and ask them to be sure and clean up all the splatter they had left on everything in the kitchen. They left and the housekeeper called my attention to the mess they had left and that the marble was cloudy and had large circular scratches that were left by the crew. I called and told them that there was a huge problem with the work they had done and that it needed to be corrected. They sent another team out (the original guy didn't return) who worked 5 hours correcting the first job - they covered everything in the kitchen with plastic to protect it. They were not happy when they told us they were done and I went back over the counters and marked all the scratches that they had not repaired. The crew leader was grumbling and pushy. I told him he shouldn't be angry at me, but at the

who had done the very bad work in the first place. They continued to work on the countertops and then left without asking for us to review their work. There are still some small scratches left, but overall it looks better than it did. I would not use them again or recommend them. The marble countertops are very distinct and full of fossils - This company presented itself as appreciating the beauty of the marble, but didn't have the skill to provide the care that was needed. the scratches were made by their circular polishing tools.

Eran came out for a free estimate in a timely fashion and gave me a quote that day. I appreciated that he did not try to over-sell me on things that did not need to be done. He and his two men came on time and completed all work listed above and threw in extra small jobs not originally included in the estimate, such as recaulking my kids tub and repairing grout in that bathroom, without charging me extra. Everything was completed professionally, neatly and it looks great!

we've just wrapped up a comprehensive remodel of our home. Over the course of 4 months we had many contractors, sub-contractors and bids for work. Only a few stand out and

is one of them. We secured several bids for our countertops and
Los Angeles Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
was not the least expensive but based on his good reviews, and based on having very bad countertop experiences with other "discounted" companies in the past we decided to work with him. What can I say? He's responsive. Insightful on countertops. Prompt with his appointments. His workers are unfailingly polite and are very detail oriented. And did I mention how fast he is? I don't know if it's the usual experience but
Los Angeles Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
took the counter template on a Monday and Wednesday he installed it. Yes, a record three days from start to finish. And it's a big kitchen. Of the probably 25+ contractors who worked on this project on and off I would not hesitate to work with
Los Angeles Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
and his crew again. Their attention to detail shows and they are clearly doing something right. I was exceedingly impressed by their work. If I could give him A+ or AAA ratings I would!
