"I called them on sunday they answered the phone.But they said they don't work on sunday's? So i made an appointment with them for them to come out on tuesday afternoon between 1 and 2:00pm. The woman called me around 12:30pm said she couldn't fine my address on mapquest.So i gave her direction's.She seemed to understand the direction's,and told me she will be here within a half n hour.Well i waited,and waited,and waited.I called the only number i had,the one from angies list.If i only had her cell number,i could of called her back,but she didn't give it to me?....She never called me to explain what happen to her? However, I did have some communication problems with the locksmith. To be fair, I did change my mind once I had the locksmith on site, and saw some challenges with what I wanted (using the same key for an external gate and an internal door), but I would have liked more options and information from the locksmith. Also, the gate lock was changed in style from what I had before, which was not originally what I wanted, although it works fine. "The house I just purchased has an old front door with brass door handle and locking & latching mechanisms. These were worn and not working properly so I could not latch or lock the door. I wanted to save the original door and hardware, rather than going to the expense to replace. I explained this to

He also explained some other things I could do later to fix a barrel lock above that was not working, as well as how to adjust the door nobs around the rest of the house so that they would latch easily. Overall I was very happy with the results and that he was able to fix my door, saving me the expense of buying a new one or new hardware. "
