, is ALWAYS on time. If for some reason he is late he calls. This service like the previous service ( he rewired my upstairs unit completely) was excellent. He is a problem solver, he will advise you appropriately and I never feel like will lead you astray or try to generate more work for himself. He cleans up after his job, does minimal if any damage! He is the best!
I needed to have my front of house rewired so I could turn my exterior lights on and off, I also needed to have a exterior pendant lamp installed and a light switch installed so that I could turn it on and off. made no damage to the property in fact he left it better then when he started! He also installed a flushmount light for my living room.
He was right on the estimate even though he found some old, shoddy wiring in the walls he was working with that he repaired."

"They did a bunch of different jobs, everything from clearing out gutters to finding some leaks to even replacing some light bulbs. They worked really well across the board. I found them to be very reliable, and I have been very pleased. I may use them again in the future."

When leaves, we find some small extra jobs finished, without him mentioning. The only negative, will try to take on more work than maybe he should so don't let him talk you into a full remodel. is at the job everyday. He is always on top of everything and he doesn't mind to spend extra efforts to make the job perfect.
He remodeled entire kitchen with granite counter tops and full granite back splash. His tile works were beautifully done. He completed the job earlier than he promised.

"The project went from a scenario left by the prior contractor which was the most stressful and nightmarish thing you could imagine: no kitchen, out tens of thousands of dollars, open sewer line, bare live wires, and then having to start over at zero, to next fining and on Angie's List. "Amazing. Simply fantastic. from Pristine is the kind of contractor that makes you want to continue remodeling.
Going through the design and scope of work phase was painless, and done in person at our home. is always extremely quick to respond via phone, and he responded to my initial email within minutes. He came by the next day, and we had an agreement several days later. He worked with us to keep costs down, and was able to suggest cost lowering tactics, as well as offer us very competitive prices.
Prior to construction, joined us in purchasing tiles and fixtures, at solid vendors he uses, and where gets good discounts. This whole process was painless and easy.
The work start date was as promised. After work had started, we immediately noticed that his crew leaves worksites in pristine condition. You come home at night and everything is tidy and clean. They cover all the furniture, they don't mess up carpets, etc.
The work progressed quickly over the next 2 weeks. Inspections were passed with ease, no mistakes were made, and problems were solved. Example: the bathtub supplier delivered an incorrect model tub. came by that evening to discuss our options, and the next day he worked his magic, located our original tub, and was able to keep us on schedule. Another example: we had purchased our vanity through Restoration hardware, but on install day, one of the included sinks was broken. 's crew was able to get us replacement sinks that day, and custom fit them to the vanity. Our cost was only the cost of the sinks.
No surprise overages, no problems, no issues.
The work is done, and it looks phenomenal. The finishing is fantastic. Everything is installed right, the paint is immaculate, the plumbing and electrical all work perfectly, there really is not a single flaw.

Note on cost: total was a little more than 20k, but 's cost was less than 20k. The difference was in the fixtures and finished materials we chose."

"My husband and I have no experience in anything to do with construction, so I knew I wanted someone who would basically take over the process for us and provide us with a perfect finished product. and and their crew did this perfectly. discussed the permit process, which was important to us as we tend to be sticklers for rules. I also liked that there were two managers, so to speak, and , who seemed to work well together. My experience has been that good teams usually are more effective and they were. The workers who came to the house were all great. They came on time every day, worked hard, cleaned up every evening and returned promptly the next day. recommended and accompanied me to the tile store and the fixture store. He had excellent suggestions. It is very useful to be able to go to stores where the staff is more available to help you and answer questions because you are with a contractor whom they know. came to the house often and watched over all the work. The tile crew was exceptional and the finished project is really perfect. I wanted a very classic white clean style bath. had some good suggestions that just added a bit of detail that worked out really well. They were on schedule and every detail was taken care of, and there are many details! When the shower door seemed to close incorrectly they had it fixed the next day. There was never any problem getting hold of them, in fact they called us to check in and update more than we called them! I recommend them very highly and will certainly call for our next project."
