Interior Painting reviews in Los Angeles

Los Angeles Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
was an absolute pro. He was professional, responsive, friendly and his crew of three was exactly the same.
The estimate he gave me was competitive and spot on. Once finished, there were no additional charges tacked on at the end-- except for what I created myself (I had them repaint the hallway three times and a giant accent wall, twice, because I kept changing my mind about the color that I liked). Also, every time I asked them to repaint they did it without hesitation, and didn't make me feel like I was a nuisance--not to mention the surcharges for the repaints were completely fair.
They even assisted with color decisions and which texture to use in which room which was a huge help to me since this is my first house I've ever had to decorate by myself.
And of course, the paint job is incredible. They did great quality work which brought my old spanish house to life again. I'll definitely be using them again when I do the exterior.

I really couldn't say anything negative if I tried. The painters that worked on my condo, Surge and
Los Angeles Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
were amazing! First of all they were on time on the dot which was refreshing. They were so nice and went so far above and beyond-- I spilled a
Los Angeles Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
of pain in my parking garage and they were more than happy to help me come clean it! There we're is immaculate ( and I'm a very detail oriented person so coming from me that says a lot!) they were behind because of my mistake (spilling the paint) and offered ( and insisted) they stay late and finish the job. Friendly, on time, did an amazing job, cleaned the area up perfectly. What more could anyone ask for? I need the rest of my condo painted ASAP and I'm definitely making sure these two are my painters! Thank you guys! Will be referring you to my friends!!

We started with
Los Angeles Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
in December and finished the bathroom in January. It clearly took longer than anticipated. The largest delay was not having the components already picked out and purchased and shipped to our home. I wouldn’t start any kitchen or bath project until all parties have agreed upon the components and they are in the home. We had delays with tile shipments, big discussions on what type of glass for the shower, then delays on the glass order. We had a medicine cabinet part arrive broken in shipment, which delayed even more. None of these delays were because of Regal but regardless they were delays.

showed us a quick computer drawing of the bathroom, but we never had the specifics printed on a drawing sheet. At first a bathroom sounds easy, but when you add sizes and placements of shower and soap boxes, it’s best to agree and have it printed on paper. The tile workmanship was good, but we had to have them replace edges that just were not great. We would have preferred for

to notice the problems and fix them, and not wait for our friends and us to complain about them. But
Los Angeles Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
did fix them.

Bathrooms can be complicated in old homes. We had more charges for bad flooring and pipes and electrical issues. I would suggest you ask the GC about what extra charges might happen before they start. I have to think a GC could explore in more detail the potential issues. I think they are afraid of losing the bid to a lower priced vendor, but I like to know up front what charges could happen. Save another 20 to 30% of the costs to add after the initial bid if you have an older home.

We were upset that since they opened up the entire bathroom, that they could have done a better job changing some of the plumbing. They realized the shower hot water line wrapped around under the house, but the newer water heater was outside on the others side of the wall and they rerouted the shower hot water for no extra costs. BUT they didn’t do the same for the sink. Being our first bathroom remodel, we didn’t think of that issue and how easy it would have been to solve it. Thus, after the walls were closed, we had to hire another plumber for $300 to change the hot water line for the sink. I really think

’s guys should have told us that. It would have been VERY

when the walls were open.

They didn’t use primer on the door trim to the bathroom and it just peeled off. We had other painters bring that up to our attention. I think knowing to put primer on oil based paint would have been a given. They installed the shower hot/cold reversed. I had to explain several times how the water flow should work. He brought in a 2nd plumber and he quickly understood the flow of the water.

ALL of the workmen that came to the house were nice and very polite and on time and we trusted them. Language barriers sometimes complicated minor issue.

has access to very qualified players when needed, but I think those qualified players should have been around a little more often checking the work of the other workers.

In any major (yes bathroom is major….

’t fool yourself) take the time to plan and purchase your items BEFORE you begin. I
Los Angeles Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
’t blame
Los Angeles Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
for us starting too quickly, since we were eager to be done before Christmas, but with all the delays as mentioned above, we were finished in early February. I wish he was more strong on saying, we shouldn’t start until the items have been selected and delivered to the site. It may sound easy to pick out lights, faucets, mirrors, towel bars, but it’s a lot of work. We found GREAT items at

Diamond. We were not happy with Loews or Home Depot.

My job is sales with larger projects and my clients say that issues always come up in large projects and it’s the vendor that gets the client through the problems is whether they get repeat business.

at times could become very defensive, but in the end we trusted him to make the right decisions and make us happy. People walk into our home and rave about the bathroom, so the end result was positive and we are happy!

I was very pleased with the work of the gentlemen from Signature Painters. They arrived late but called me with updates to explain their delay. Once they arrived they got straight to work taping and covering our moldings, protecting the furniture and removing light fixtures etc. They were efficient and did two crisp coats of paint in the two rooms in 5 hours total. They cleaned up afterwards, sweeping the excess dirt and removing all their tarps. Would definitely use them again for future jobs.

did a complete remodel of my bathroom and all interior paint.
Los Angeles Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
and his team did a fantastic job on the bathroom remodel, which consisted of changing the location of the vanity and sink. The tile work and all the detail work was great, and I have pretty high standards. The interior painting even exceeded my expectations. The amount of time they took prepping the walls, painting, and finishing all the walls surprised me. People have commented on how great my walls look, and what a good job the painters did. The entire process went very smoothly.
I was fully prepared for the inevitable remodeling problems that tend to come up, but to my surprise there were none! The work was great, and the small things I asked were taken care of without me having to nag.
I'm so glad I met

are excellent painters; I wish all construction people were as professional as them; they have good attention to detail, do great preparation of the walls, and then produce an excellent result. They are nice, funny (in a good way), quiet, respectful, clean up after themselves and are very neat painters. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I had a mid -size bathroom that had old wallpaper that was peeling. I decided it was time for a change. I removed the wallpaper and had
Los Angeles Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
come in and paint the walls with a geometric pattern. It looks great and came in on budget. He pays good attention to details and left everything spotless after finishing the job. I highly recommend him.

and every member of his team were impeccably professional, responsible and the work was meticulous. I have pets and a teenage daughter and we lived in the home while the work was done. Everyone on the team was considerate of our time, our schedule and our home. The house looks amazing!

had a major personal emergency the week the work was scheduled but he still managed to complete the work as promised and without missing a beat, which I really appreciated. Super nice guys - which is a huge bonus - they all took pains to make friends with my sweet, but very nervous, dog.

The plumber who repaired the pipe referred
Los Angeles Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
to me, since this seems to be a specialty of his. He did that original job as described solo, then returned at a later date with a crew to help do the sanding, prep and painting of the service porch, small bath and repairs in other parts of the house. The patching required wallboard and painting and all that goes with that. Despite being behind appliances, the wall is pristine. For the painting, he sealed off the rest of the house, to protect from dust, cleaned up each of the two days he was here and in the 40-plus years we have lived here, he is by far, the best painter we have used. He and his crew work quietly and efficiently.

does a pre-job check, making sure the paint and other materials are ok with all parties. If problems arose, I never knew - he solves them.

I am so happy with how my bedroom looks.
Los Angeles Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
and his associate did a great job. They were professional, on time, very neat and my room looks great. I have already contracted with them to do additional work for me.
Los Angeles Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
did a great job explaining all the paint finish choices available and was very patient with my questions. I feel confident recommending them and look forward to working with them again.
