"This place is fantastic. They are truly angels. If a person has hair loss from chemotherapy or anything else
" will help you. It brings tears to my eyes thinking of the level of support I have seen these women give. This store is filled with stories of healing journeys. They have a private room if needed for privacy. If you are about to loose all your hair they will style a wig for you and shave your head and you leave with hair and avoid the trauma so many feel with hair loss. No cancer facility or other wig place in town comes close to this level from our research and experience.

"I think their whole procedure is a sham! When I got the procedure done it faded after 3weeks. I went in a 2cd time & had it re-done and my scalp turned BLUE!!!!" Now I have to get that lasered off, and THEY WONT GIVE ME MY $3500.00 DOLLARS BACK!! SAVE YOUR MONEY>>>STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

Hair Replacement reviews in Los Angeles

The surgery takes place there in his office, and one must prepare for several weeks in advance to get the best result. There is medication, and laser lights and massage to be done, and all of that makes an enormous difference to the success. One always has access to knowledgeable staff for coaching along the way.
I went in early (7 am) one morning, prepared to stay all day. The place is perfectly clean and quiet, and I was treated like a princess. Versed and Valium (I think) were used to put me to sleep, and there was absolutely no pain. Dr. C did all the work on me himself, and yet there were lab techs all around the room working quietly at microscopes to prepare the cells for the transplant. Dr. C's method is different than that of other doctors, and the results are better and more precise.
I was brought the lunch of my choice from the restaurant of my choice, and by mid-afternoon I was done! Ready for someone to pick me up and take me home to bed.
Then there is about 10 days of healing (though with my original hairdo it was possible to go out in public by the second day.) I used special vitamins and medication and spray to help the healing.
THE MOST DIFFICULT PART was the waiting! Weeks and weeks, and I counted them every day. Dr. C said do not even think of looking for any results for 4-5 months. About 1/2 way through the process even more hair than ever fell out and I thought the very most awful thoughts. But I called and went in for a consult and was reassured. And now, 9 months later, I have the most beautiful hair I could have ever wished for. Every day I look in the mirror and smile. And bless that man.

I was recommended to him by my primary care physician. He is pretty old and is about to retire soon. He gave up operating patients. He is top notch. I cannot get in the same day but rather the next day from the time I make an appointment. Sometimes I have to wait a little longer than I like as he works on children to. He has a great staff. He fixed the problem I had on in ear during the surgery but is not able to find a cure for the deafness I woke up with in the other ear. I would use him again in the future.

I've been using
Los Angeles Hair Restoration Provider Name Locked
( the owner ) for years. Have been to several other hair replacements companies in the past and was not satisfied. The overeall experience is discreet, cost effective and pleasant. The staff is always a pleasure and very accomodating. Would recommend them to anyone. Very professional.

When my children were small I took them to a pediatric dentist. They were scared to death of that man and they dreaded having dental work done. When we took them to Dr. I their anxieties vanished.

I had dental ins. through a plan at work. Years ago I thought I'd try it when a cap on a front tooth came off. That dentist told me the tooth had decay and I needed emergency extraction by an oral surgeon and an implant with the out-of-pocket deductions costing me thousands. I decided to seek Dr. I's opinion. He told me he could take care of the small decay and save the cap. I've not had a problem with it since.

My husband was told by the ins. co. dentist that he had gum problems which again would mean an insurance deductible of over $1,000. Dr.
Los Angeles Hair Restoration Provider Name Locked
took care of it at a cost less than what would have been our deductible.

These are just a few of the reasons I highly recommend him. He's a wonderful man.

Worst experience ever! This woman does not know the meaning of customer service. I thought I would have been shown some choices to choose from or at least talked more in detail about the look I want... but no just, "do you want it thick or thin"? But that wasn't the worst of it. It is a pretty scary procedure as it has to do with needles around the sensitive eye area! When I mentioned I was a bit nervous (naturally), she did not like that at all, and told me if I was going to be scared she could not perform her service. (I really wasn't scared until after getting into it and seeing how scary "she" was.) I did not move and remained very calm, even though it was terribly uncomfortable...Then a few minutes into it, when I made a
Los Angeles Hair Restoration Provider Name Locked
comment about my eyes watering so much, and was that still ok? ... She actually stopped in the middle of the tattooing and gave me a little speech about letting her do her job and remaining calm. I felt I was d*** well under the circumstances and remaining very calm and asked her to please continue (as I was now wondering if the numbing medication might be wearing off as she just sat there). Her defensive attitude was a bit awkward and caused me to start wondering what I had gotten myself into?. She was NOT professionally comforting as one would expect... Her attitude was terrible and I just wanted to get it over with! (Not at all excited, as I once was about the results; just praying it wasn’t a disaster!) She let me know it wasn't "taking" on the right eye, as she had to start over and numb and do again... and again. But she just didn't give me the feeling it was going well at all... as I got no encouraging words from her. She finished up and asked her assistant to finish up and take pics. I was a little taken aback by the way she treated me without asking me how I felt or if I was satisfied with the look, or anything at all! But she just walked out when finished without saying a word about it, so I naturally wondered if something went wrong. (I did feel it wasn’t what I wanted, with barely a visible line underneath, but that she just wasn't able to get it to "take" well as she had said). She probably didn't wish to give me a
Los Angeles Hair Restoration Provider Name Locked
to complain... which I never did... And honestly, I was just glad it did not come out a disaster, considering the trouble we seemed to have; and pretty sure she wouldn’t have cared to do anything about it if it did! What happened after this was unbelievable and I have no doubt she will deny it. I walked out to the lobby to leave... I said goodbye and thank you...
Los Angeles Hair Restoration Provider Name Locked
was talking to a customer so I didn't bother her. But then, when I went out to my car I decided I needed to go to the restroom (and I couldn't find my keys). I was also feeling a little disturbed at the lousy customer service, the more I thought about it. So when I went inside, I said I wanted to talk to her, but waited for her customer to leave. I remained calm and tried my best not to show my agitation; but when I questioned her behavior, commenting on how I was surprised she did not bother to ask me how I liked it... how I was feeling, etc., she became very angry and defensive! She just said something about how long she had been doing this.... and my attitude and I don't even know what else, instead of apologizing to me or asking me how I feel or how I like it, etc.? It was so obvious she did not care! I simply told her I couldn't believe the customer service and her ego! She totally lost it and demanded I leave her store! I was shocked and told her so, and that I wasn't going to leave until she talked to me and answered my questions. (Just a little customer service was too much for her?!) I did not threaten her in any way and am a very small unintimidating person... I guess that's why she thought she could intimidate me! She instructed her assistant to call 911! She did... she went off about how she should give them my license, yada yada yada... She's telling me she's calling the police and I'm saying "for what"?! Really? This is how you treat a first time customer!" Unbelievable! Anyone that knows me, knows that I am not a trouble maker! But this woman is, obviously! I stepped toward the water machine and got a cup and before I could get the water (as I so needed it after that procedure) she physically pushed me away! I can tell you by now I was angry, but I remained calm... did not cuss her out like most would (as I felt like it) ... and did of course leave... But it was the most ridiculous, incredulous negative occurence I've ever known? How can this woman, with her 'bad" attitude and horrible customer service get away with that and with running a business like this? Others are bound to have had such experiences, but they rarely take the time and trouble to do anything about it.
Los Angeles Hair Restoration Provider Name Locked
is very scary! She actually ran outside and copied down my license plate number on my car, as if I was some criminal that she was going to turn in! This woman is out of control and there's no telling what she's capable of! Beware, ladies! This one’s out of control! You DO NOT want to take your chances with a person such as this when it comes to such delicate and permanent procedures! I have since read other complaints… which if I had seen before, would have not ever have gone to her! (i.e. She screwed up another girl’s eyeliner and did not/ would not fix it for her without another $100 charge! I am one of the lucky ones!)

They are the best in the business. don't waste time or money with HAIR CLUB for MEN. My hairpiece is conditioned and maintained in a realistic appearance at a reasonable price. Very happy and glad I use them.

I was very disappointed with this "doctor" (he's more of snake-oil merchant and charlatan). I responded to
Los Angeles Hair Restoration Provider Name Locked
's television commercial advertising hair transplantion for three dollars a graft, with packages starting at $2,500--sounded like a reasonable deal. But once the consultation began, he became very shifty, insisting my condition necessitated a much more comprehensive approach: I required a far greater amount, plus laser and blood plasma treatments. While I would have enjoyed receiving a full range of therapies, my budget would not allow such extravagance. I explained my situation and how, in the future, I'd be willing to undergo further procedures, just can't do it all at once. Still, he persisted in promoting these techniques and how much I needed them. Finally a price of $3,000 for one thousand grafts was reached, but even then he was evasive about what he could promise--even the number of grafts were simply a rough estimate. If he's so reluctant to commit, he has no business advertising a set price and amount. I had been planning to have this done soon and was running out of time so, against my better judgement, I agreed. I paid a deposit and scheduled the operation. On the appointed day, he administered pain medication, but not enough. And it hurt! He gave me more, but still insufficient. He scolded ME for being too sensitive! He then realized I hadn't made the final payment (which I had expected to pay after his services were rendered) and insisted I pay NOW. Nope--sorry--can't wait. So everything stopped and I had to pull out my credit card. Very unprofessional---perhaps other patients so dissatisfied with his sloppy arrangements had reneged in the past. I wish those patients had written a review! Then, he invited a student in to assist. I understand young physicians have to learn, but I would have preferred that, with the amount I paid, she would simply observe and not make the crucial incision from my donor site. He spent another hour working on me, then left me with his assistants to spend the next two hours finishing the job. I would have appreciated (and expected) him to be more involved. I spent the next nine days recuperating. When he removed the sutures from the donor site on the back of my head, I mentioned how sore it felt on the right side.
Los Angeles Hair Restoration Provider Name Locked
quickly dismissed my concerns, reminding me how overly-sensitive I was. Well, over the next several days, the pain got worse. The site became red, tender and very swollen. I contacted him and expressed my concern, but again he insisted it was a common irritation. Finally, I consulted a real doctor who recognized a serious infection and prescribed a serious antibiotic. This real doctor was also surprised that the antibiotic I had been earlier prescribed by
Los Angeles Hair Restoration Provider Name Locked
was for only for five days and not longer. I was hoping the incision scar would be minor and discreet. Now--after infection--it's prominent, ugly and I have to wear my hair long in the back to conceal it. So ironic that his name is
Los Angeles Hair Restoration Provider Name Locked
, literally meaning one who bruises and scars. That should have been the tip-off. Do not let this man touch you; your health is at stake. There are other, more competent hair transplant specialists.
Los Angeles Hair Restoration Provider Name Locked
offers a bargain rate because he's not good enough to compete with them otherwise. Besides, if he promises a thousand grafts for $3,000, but only gives you seven hundred, that's no bargain! You have been warned. If you fail to heed, you only have yourself to blame.
- mark D.

He is also a general surgeon. He is fantastic. His bedside manner was great. He always told me that I looked good and if there was anything I needed I could call. He is real easy to talk to and he never made me feel that I wasn't doing good enough. He didn't

coat things. I lost 300 pounds and I put back on 20 pounds. He wants to see me live a normal life and be functional. He is like the best kind of cheerleader. He also operated on my dad.
