Our project was done in stages, since we would have all 3 bathrooms out of commission at some point or other. So we did the refurbishments first. Two bathrooms had their flooring and fixtures removed, paint stripped and walls sanded. All tile was left in place, as were the shower, tub and vanities. Underfloor wood was checked for rot and a few places were patched (part of deal). New vent fans installed, new lighting and fixtures. Walls re-mudded and painted. All wood work repainted, new mirror hung, some wood in built-in vanities replaced at extra charge. His workers were at all times professional, clean and respectful of the house. Duration: about 8 days, working 6 days a week. The big job involved utterly gutting one bathroom down to the studs. A non-supporting wall (and closet) was removed to create more space in the bathroom. The floor was removed and rebuilt, and all the room's plumbing was replaced. A modern shower was built, with several shower heads, tile walls, wall boxes, seat and semi-frame-less glass enclosure. New toilet, vanity, mirrors, fixtures, floor tile, fan/vent, lighting and electrical. Recessed medicine cabinet added. This part of the project took about 3 weeks. All project items were permitted and passed inspection. Two minor items required fixing afterward, and
