We're now going on 2 months and the bookcases still aren't finished. The quality of whats been installed thus far is sub-par at best. Paint is uneven, his work crew chipped shelves as they were installing. Crown molding at the top of the bookcases is uneven. I should have hired monkeys from the zoo and paid them in bananas - I would have received a better bookcase. I've had two other carpenters come in to review the work and bid on finishing it and they both agreed this was a 7 day job at most and should have cost around $4000 since mostly MDF was used. Save yourself the headache and find someone else to hire."
