"The owner had an appointment to evaluate the work at our home and provide a quote. He called about 15 minutes late to say he got lost and asked if we still wanted him to come. We did. He actually made it to our driveway and then called to say it was too hard to find our house, he was late for another appointment and was cancelling. Pathetic. If a pizza ...more guy can make it to our house for a $20 purchase, you'd think he would make an effort for an order in the thousands."
