"They were professional. They arrived when they said they would to give me the estimate. The employee was friendly and gave me the estimate and went over the time frame for ordering the window and how long I could expect to wait. They took a 50% deposit upfront to order the glass and once the glass was in they called me right away to schedule the install. The installer was right on time and the installation took no time at all. The new window have the exact same grid pattern as the other windows and looks perfect."

"Technicians were knowledgable and professional. There were no surprises in terms of estimate vs. final result. Job was done on time and they followed up to make sure we were satisfied."

Las Vegas Window Installers Reviews

"I also got my tax credit. They were excellent. They told me who was going to install it. I watched them when they were doing it. That guy is a craftsman. It?s all oak and has a weather material on the outside. That guy was a magician; it?s a great door. It was expensive, but you can?t buy this in a store. They are a good company. They were great people. The guy who installed it was here for 11 hours all by himself. If I can afford another window, then I would definitely use their services again. "

"The sales rep came to the house with display samples and focused on the product features I was seeking (I wanted energy efficient windows to take advantage of the tax credit). During this visit he measured all the windows and provided a quote immediately. I had already received quotes from two other vendors. One had shown me great double-hung windows, but the price was close to $10k. The other vendor had a better price - around $4,400, but their windows were very basic single-hungs. So I was extremely happy to get a quote for the better windows at the lowest price. The custom windows were built and ready within 3 weeks and the installation was scheduled shortly thereafter. The installers arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I had trouble removing the blinds and hardware before they arrived. The installers helped me figure out how to get them down. (They offered to remove and replace them for a fee of $10 per window, but I preferred to do it myself once I knew how.) The installers were very experienced and did a high quality job of installing the windows. Once they were done, they explained how to use the various features and also helped me reinstall the blinds (mine were particularly tricky). From start to finish I had a great experience with and would highly recommend them to anyone."

"We had four companies perform estimates for the job. sent a polite and timely estimator to our home. Their price was the cheapest at $478
Two other companies where in the ballpark in the $490's, the last was in the low $600's, I think. One of the companies in the $490's wouldn't even come out to measure the windows, we had to bring measurements to him.
Since had the lowest price, already had an A on Angie's List, and we liked dealing with them already, we gave them the job. They informed us of when the glass would be ready for installation (the morning of Friday 11/19/2010). Which worked out good because we had somebody coming the next day to install blinds (that way we wouldn't have to pull down the blinds to have them replace the glass).
They called the evening of Thursday 11/18 to let us know they accidentally broke one of the panes when loading it on the truck that night for the job the next morning. We let them know that we had blinds coming on Saturday. They said they would do their best to have everything still done on Friday.
The next morning they called and said they would be able to install all the replacement glass on Friday afternoon. They arrived at the appointed time in the afternoon and completely the job beautifully.
Accidents happen. But I was glad to see that they have excellent communication when problems occur and they went the extra mile to still have the job done on the original install date. I would definitely use again."

"Landscaping company dropped ladder through front window. Called 's Glass and they were the only company interested in coming out the next day to help me (called 5 different companies on Angie's List). They estimated a 5-6 day turn around and followed through. Screen replacement was a bit longer but ultimately they did get it installed. Overall had a good experience."

" did a great job. , the owner; , the operations manager; and , the office manager, are all a pleasure to work with. The job went smoothly and the look great! We got 4 bids for the job before choosing to go with . We found their website when we searched for " Las Vegas" on Google, and I was enticed by a 20% discount promotion featured on the web site. I figured it couldn't hurt to get a bid. Then, we met and he made a great impression. We were particularly struck by the care he took measuring the windows. We also liked his low-key yet very professional manner. He also offered a frame color option--silver--that the other bidders had not. After left, I took a closer look at the company's web site and I was impressed with the care with which the site had been designed. I figured our screens would be made with the same attention to detail. We called to let him know that we wanted him to do the work. We were able to schedule the installation date and time right then and still take a couple of days to hem and haw over screen and frame colors. warned us that they don't install screens on really windy days and sure enough, yesterday afternoon, the original installation time, the winds were howling across the valley. called us early in the morning to let us know that the winds were going to be a problem and we were able to reschedule right then for the next day. Today the winds were calm and and showed up at the appointed time as promised. They were very efficient putting the screens up. The whole process was much quicker than I expected--less than an hour, I believe. The screens look great. We're very happy with them."

"We were in a rush before the holidays and our window was broken, so we recieved estimates in the hundreds from other window/glass companies who were on Angie's List who came out to our home. We called and they helped us by phone to remove the window ourselves, so we took it in to them and within a few hours it was finished. In the cold winter months, it's holding up great, and you would never know the difference. What a shock as the other companies were going to charge so much more and take weeks to do. "

"We are property investors living in Nevada and prices in the Portland were very good so we bought a 4 plex in Portland in 2004 and sold it in 2006.
It was located in Portland on N.E. 68th. There were two 2 br. units on top floor and two 1 br. units on the bottom with a yard surrounding the complex for everyones use. Each 2 br. unit had an attached one car garage.
The rent was good.
The first fix was a water heater so I called a local plumber with a big ad out of the yellow pages in Portland.
We got thoroughly taken when this man put in an oversized water heater for the 1 bedroom and charged us $900 for the heater and to install. Because we weren't there to supervise.
As the current tenants moved out we needed to have someone repaint, repair and locate any upgrades etc that might be needed prior to renting the units.
We needed someone in Portland that we could rely on to handle the repairs.
A good friend of ours in Portland that recommended Construction. It is family owned and had the ability to do both large or small jobs. We flew up and met with . A really nice guy!
He was able to supply painters, people to install appliances, and blinds, fix small plumbing jobs like fixtures etc. All at very reasonable prices.
Periodically we would fly up to see the property. My tenants were always satisfied with the promptness of the work and the people who performed it.
The complex was about 20 years old and construction was not as good as we had thought.
We found a problem that the water was leaking down the wall and inside the windows on both of the lower floor 1 br. units. The problem had existed for a long time but we hadn't noticed until the rains hit and the new tenants complained.
discovered the problem right away. For some reason when they built the 4plex the workmen failed to put insulation paper all the way to the roof line. It stopped about a foot from the roof in the attic. The wood they used was not the best so it soaked with the water and then dribbled down the walls and into the window sills and the apartments.
We had to replace both the upper and lower windows and casings below the leaks, the sheet rock around the windows and the siding on the outside.
was able to match the siding exactly so it looked just great.
We bought the duplex as an investment and after fixing its problems, painting inside and out, and adding fencing and trees to the yard we sold it in two years for a nice profit.
We give 5 stars of excellence to Construction!
Excellent work, reasonable prices, and you can trust him to do the job right.
He has reliable contractors within his reach to solve any problem right away.
When the economy gets better we will invest in the Portland area again and we'll definitely use for all of our needs.
I recently discovered that Angies list is where a majority of people go for recommendations for local contractors in the Portland area.
I wanted to make sure that had the recommendation they deserve.
