"Doctor and staff were competent and friendly. My dog was examined, and determined that this was a growth and not a cut. My dog was too old for surgery, but she was prescribed painkillers for both her paw and arthritis. The growth has healed on it's own, and she is moving much better. The doctor called personally to follow up two days later, not a member of the staff."

"They are just absolutely outstanding as far as the care they give you for their pets. There is not enough that they can do for you to take care of their pets. I have a 14 year old cat that is a 2 year old cancer survivor and they have been wonderful with him. They have compassion for the animals. From the receptionist to the cleaning crew to the doctor they are wonderful. They are economical but you get what you pay for. They are fantastic. We have used them for multiple things and they work with you on payment plans. They always follow up to see how my cats are doing. They go above and beyond! "

" takes care of all three of our family dogs, and they're fantastic. The hospital is modern and clean, they send timely reminders when the dogs need vaccines, do a terrific job on dentals, and have the expertise to deal with brachycephalic dogs like my pug. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and with 3 vets, there's never a long wait for either an appointment or to get in to see the doctor. Doctor and his staff worked overtime last year to save our Boston terrier when she was bitten by a rattlesnake. is a long drive from our home, but we're happy to make the trip for super service!"

"I was concerned about my cat because he had been losing weight. They ran a bunch of tests, but couldn't find anything wrong with him. I eventually figured out that he just didn't like his new food and therefore wasn't eating much. I was very please with the vet care that I received. Everyone was really friendly, and they seemed to be very knowledgeable. They took my concerns seriously, even though it turns out that I was worrying over nothing."

"Dr , Was great with , who is anxious while a the vets office. Animal Hospital is awesome.
We have 6 dog's and they have been seen by different Dr's in the office and each time it has been pos. They are caring, and do not over charge .Most important the results have been good. has been our Vet office for 8years. The staff is great they get our pets in same day. And they do not allow techs to clean your dog's teeth the Doc does the job."

"Our puppy was neutered. The experience was excellant. We were not rushed, encouraged to ask as many questions as we needed to feel comfortable. We dropped him off about 8am received a call by 12.30 the procedure was completed, he was doing good and can come and pick him up by 3pm. Biggest challenge today (day after) is he's feeling so good he wants to play with his playmate and we need to keep him calm for healing time."

"The only problem I have encountered on multiple occasions has been with staff members. " ", tall, chunky, long black hair, is a continuous pain. She is always rude, pushy, obnoxious; I have seen her conflict with other staff members by interfering with them as they were working with me. I had a problem with another staff member once when I tried to get a copy of x-rays for a cat I gave away so that the new vet would have it; the staff person, without even looking, told me the cat had never had x-rays (when we found her, she had a broken leg and the first day we took her for x-rays). I had to argue with the staff person to check the files, and did -- in fact -- leave with a copy of the x-rays for which we had paid $300.
Most of the staff have been great over the years - responsive and friendly, and most will work with my disabilities as requested and as proscribed under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, too. But needs to learn professionalism and courtesy.
I have not been a member of Angie's List so long that I was able to report in the past. This report includes at least 3 encounters with , each of which have been horrible."

"The cost I list is truly an approximate. I just remember is was reasonable for such a clean place and on such last minute planning. What I like about this place, is... it's recommended you cold call the place you want to use as a boarder to see the cleanest. This place was great. The kennel we chose was the larger size, I wasn't stressed that he was cramped or dirty. No drama. When we picked him up he was clean and happy, Not overly happy (like get me out of here, but like Oh you're here already - ), just happy. The staff said they play with the animals. I don't think they fib. "

"Services provided great. Dr. was excellant. We 1st became aware of the a year and a half ago when we adopted our 1st dog from Animal Shelter (he was 4 months old). When we joined Angies list, this vet had a B rating, so instead of coming back I chose a different place for the pups 2nd set of shots. We never had a pup before so all I knew to expect was what I had read from the puppy magazines. The other place provided the mandatory shots, but not what I was expecting.
Because we had previous great experiences with WCAH, we brought both boys in the and the staff was fabulous. 1st, the front desk staff member immediately asked if we were going to get him chipped, yes but not until we had him neutered. The vet checked the ears, teeth, told us right away that no mites in the ears and teeth were growing in good. He told us he was able to only find one testie. We didn't think this to be an issue as we intend on neutering once he turns 4 months old. He quickly explained that one testie could be more serious than two, but before we could become too concerned the boy sat down and his other testie showed up...boy were we relieved. Never having two dogs (at the same time) before I had questions about the boys growing up and on their interaction and the individual health. He answered all of our questions and asked if we had any additional questions or concerns. This visit is the 1st time I met this Dr. and on my previous times, it was a different vet. All of my experiences were excellant. We had brought fecal in to be tested they told us it would take probably two days for the results, they called us before 24 hours had taken place to let us know the results came back good.
Recommend WCAH, definately will come back."

"The purpose for the visit was provided, he received his shots with no issues. What I was expecting was to have his ears checked, determine if his testies were ok, teeth ok, etc. The vet ( ) asked us many times how his health was. We both were surprised she kept asking us how he was, not advising us how he is. She took his temperature, checked his teeth, pet his ears (neither of us remember if she actually looked in the ears), weighed him. No feed back, nothing, neither good nor bad. If we didn't ask his weight, we wouldn't know. I asked many questions that she readily answered. Once I had finished all of my questions, she did ask if we had any more questions. The appointment (overall) was good. The reason we choose this vet was we came here for many of our other pets had been cared by them (cats, ferrits). We figured this is our 1st pup so who else to trust. If your schedule permits to be able to see Dr. Yac (spelling?), you will get top knotch care, any of the others, you will get good service. Our 3rd set of shots we chose a different vet. All that we expected (listed above) was done with no prompting on our part.
Your animal will be well cared for here, but the entire staff just seemed so ."
