"The work was performed while I was at work. On returning home, there was a large stain on one area rug that had clearly not been touched, my dryer did not work, one of my two air conditioning units did not work, and there was an incredible amount of debris on the floor and furniture below each air duct. I took time of work the next morning for another ...more technician from

to come to my home, where he removed the stain (it took about 10 minutes and he couldn't understand why the first technician didn't remove it), and diagnose and fix the issue with the dryer (which was caused by the first technician). It took me approximately 45 minutes to clean up the terrible mess and debris left by the first technician (and again, the second technician was quite astounded by the mess left and said that is would be discussed in the morning meeting). I had to call another company to fix the air conditioning unit (at my own cost), which apparently was damaged by the

technician. This all entailed my taking additional time off work and incurring additional expenses.
