"The workers were very thorough in cleaning up after the work. They came with a big truck that has a shredder on it and hauled it all away. It was nice and clean and they also took care of all the leaves that accumulated under the plants. They blew it out then hauled it away. The yard looks spic and span, I highly recommend them - they are very good. I thought the price was reasonable and the quality was excellent. They were very conducive to any suggestions, we wanted it done a certain way and they did it for us. That made it easy for us to get our yard the way we wanted it. The foreman arranged to be at our house Saturday morning and he failed to record that and he missed it. We were waiting for him and we called him and he apologized then came on Wednesday. I called the main office and they don't have office hours on the weekend so I left a message on the cell phone. That was the only bad part, otherwise it was fine. "

"If you want a stump removed by grinding it out- ask how deep they will grind. Some will grind to just below soil level and prevent re-planting anything in the area. Very important- have them rake out the mulch from the ground stump. You may find the stump still there and all they did was grind up some roots. Many tree services use a small grinder that is easy to maneuver but doesn't have the power to do much. A 6" or larger diameter tree will probably require a grinder that the operator sits on and drives across the lawn. may cost a very few bucks more- but you get the job done. Take it from someone who found out the hard way."
