"I went to their parts department and did not find the part I needed. I went to the customer service line to see if I could make a special order. I was the only person" in line. Three customer service people were at their terminals doing something, but no one even looked up to say they'd help me. After waiting for about ten minutes without so much as having my presence noted, I left. They need to change their name from "service" to something else. A little courtesy goes a long way.

"I was referred to
, to get mobile repair work done on my diesel RV. I spoke to
Brewer, who is the owner. He" quoted me what I believed to be a very high price to have my starter replaced. Anywhere from $200 to $550 for the labor and $300 to $350 for the starter alone. Once I told him that I was going to shop around because I thought the price was too high.
then offered to let me buy the starter on my own, and just pay him for the labor to remove and install it at $75.00 per. hour. He said it would be 3 hours
to complete the job. I agreed to have the work done, based on the hourly rate, and me providing a new starter. His mechanic arrived on January 8th at 7:20 am, and had it diagnosed and removed by 8:20 am. I took it to Turbo & Electric to have it rebuilt. I informed
that it would be ready on Friday afternoon, and it was. Once I picked it up I called
for the installation appointment. He chose to schedule it for Saturday January 10th at 8 am. The same mechanic (R-
) arrived at 8:18 am and had the rebuilt starter completely installed and tested by 8:51 am. I was so happy that I asked if he could look at a bad taillight to see if he could fix it. He completed the taillight diagnosis by 9:10 am and finalized the work order for a TOTAL of 2.0 hours. He called it into the office for me to pay with a credit card over the phone. The receptionist told me the Total was $250.00. I explained that that was not what
told me, so she put him on the phone.
told me that he quoted me the price of $250 labor for the job over the phone. Once I told him exactly what he quoted me, the estimates, and the option to just pay the hourly rate. He then changed his story and said it should have been $550, but he was giving me a break! Then he said that he had to charge a trip charge, and he should charge it twice. He then changed his story again, and said he was billing me just the straight time at $75.00 per hour, but it had to start when the mechanic left the shop or wherever he was before coming to me. He also then said he really should charge me MORE than the $75.00 per hour today because it’s SATURDAY, and that should be charged at overtime! I told him no, because he chose to have it re-installed today, and that I was happy to wait until Monday. He replied that he couldn’t do it on Monday because they are already fully booked for that day. I said well that’s on him, not me. I told him that the paper invoice I have says 2.0 hours and does not say anything about trip charges or anything else.
then threatened to have his mechanic remove my starter, and was saying that I was committing a crime by not agreeing to his charges. I told him, no one was going to remove anything. And that I would not pay $250.00, but I would pay the correct amount of $75.00 per hour times 2 hours. He threatened to call the police for theft of services. I told him that he was wrong, and he could call the police if he likes. I told him that I felt that he was ripping me off, and I did not agree with his bill of $250.00 over the phone. I finally gave into him, and told him that he could charge me whatever he likes. I would pay for it with my credit card, even though I
’t agree with it. I gave him my American Express number and info, after he got everything he then told me that he does not take American Express. I told him that was the only credit card I use. He said he will come to my house on Monday to collect payment. This guy is a crook! He thinks he can just make up explanations to charge someone whatever he wants. Im sure that he is used to bullying people to get what he wants. I
’t tolerate bullies or dishonest people. Everyone needs to know how
Brewer operates

We have been using them for about a year now. They service and pricing are good. We like that it is locally owned and a smaller establishment. They are very professional and prompt.

The people at
Las Vegas Rv Sales Dealers Provider Name Locked
were great to deal with and work was completed on time. I dropped off my RV after hours and hooked up to their 50 amp service. In the morning we walked around the RV and talked about existing roof details and future plans for roof accessories. Included in the cost was replacement of vent covers, gutter spouts, and waste vents. Roof liner is 3/16" thick and white now with no more streaking to clean. I am very pleased overall with the experience and would recommend them to everyone.

I called and set up an appointment for service. Price was quoted at $300 for bearing repack and brake adjustment.
Las Vegas Rv Sales Dealers Provider Name Locked
arrived reasonably close to the promised time of the appointment. He was supposed to bring new seals (which would be replaced) and a new set of bearings (in case they needed to be replaced). He had the wrong seals, did not bring bearings, and had the wrong type of grease. He had to call a friend and get the correct seals and grease dropped off in order to do the job.
I had to remind
Las Vegas Rv Sales Dealers Provider Name Locked
to adjust the brakes.
Las Vegas Rv Sales Dealers Provider Name Locked
wrote the bill for $300 labor plus a $75 service call charge, making the total up to this point $375 instead of $300.
One of the lug nut studs was broken off in the course of removing a wheel.
Las Vegas Rv Sales Dealers Provider Name Locked
blamed this on the person who had previously mounted the wheel. He suggested I tow the trailer (with the broken stud) to a tire dealer or other service location to have a new stud installed. I told him I was not comfortable with that and asked him to find a new stud and fix the problem. After several days of phone calls, he said he couldn't find the correct part. I ordered a stud from the axle manufacturer and told
Las Vegas Rv Sales Dealers Provider Name Locked
that I had it on hand. He came out and after some difficulty, finally got it installed correctly.
When he came out to replace the stud, I asked him to replace the fabric on our slide out toppers. He quoted a parts and labor price for this.at $800 and asked for advance payment on the parts cost of $560. I gave him a check and he said he would order the parts that Friday and have them by the following Wednesday. I called on Wednesday and he said the parts were delayed because black fabric turned out to be a "special order" from the factory. He also said that the cost to him was higher than what he quoted, but he would not pass that on to me. A week later I called again and he said his credit card charge for the parts had not gone through and the order had never been placed. He offered to re-order the parts or return my money. I opted to get the money back. He asked if I would mind waiting until the following Monday (this being Wednesday before Thanksgiving). I agreed.
On Monday afternoon he stopped by and returned $485 of the $560. He said he had to charge me a $75 service charge for replacing the broken stud. He said he had not planned on charging this because of the other work, but now that was off the table and he had to charge for the service call (even though it was to fix something that broke at his hands).
My $300 bearing repack job ended up costing $450, plus I had to order a wheel stud from the axle manufacturer, and had to place many calls to

to get all the work completed and get my money back from the job not completed.

We had our back AC unit fail on our older motorhome.
Las Vegas Rv Sales Dealers Provider Name Locked
came out to our motorhome and did a thorough inspection and cleaning, and gave us a quote to replace the AC with a current model and the thermostat with a model that could communicate with the new AC and the old AC. During the repair several unknowns were discovered including custom ducting and damaged wiring. All repairs were made without additional labor charges. Great service!

They did not know how to fix it. After a few weeks they came to fix the motherboard which they thought was the issue. This did not seem to fix the issue as he had to come back out a few weeks later to replace the motherboard again. We felt that they didn't really look into what was going wrong, and our water heater is still not fixed. Customer service was pretty terrible, they were not very polite.
