, Senior Project Manager, to come to my home on Friday, 01-28-11 to give me an estimate. Because I had so many areas where the rain was leaking in, he felt that the entire roof needed to be repaired. He carefully explained all this to me , I agreed with him and he scheduled the work to begin on Tuesday, 02-01-11. He thought it would take 2 full days to complete everything but they sent out their best crew and they were terrific. They worked constantly, no idle chatter, no music blaring - it was wonderful! On Tuesday they cleaned up every area before going home and they returned the next morning before 7a.m. By 11a.m. on Wednesday, they had completed all the roofing work and had cleaned up all areas around my house. I couldn't believe it only took them a day and a half to finish all this work. I commend everyone at

3 or 4 times before the company would send a representative out. The local roofing supplier recommended Prestige highly. I emailed him asking what he thought about my plans for redoing my roof and he never took the time to email me back."

"I called on Monday afternoon to get an estimate for some damaged, missing shingles on my roof. The girl that answered said one of the roofers would call me tomorrow (Tuesday) since it was late in the afternoon. By Wednesday morning I had still not heard from anybody so I called back. The girl that answered asked my name and told me that they do not give estimates, but go do the repairs for a fee of $275 plus $9 per tile and the fee is capped at $500. I asked why they could not have told me that Monday and I would not have bothered waiting. I have an estimate from a different company for $395 and will take that any day over this unprofessionalism!"

was was punctual and professional. When calling him, if he did not answer, I left a message and he was prompt in returning my call. They arrived first thing in the morning when they said they would and went to work. The old roof was not torn off the last time this roof was done so, they had twice as much demo work to do. He provided us with various samples of shingles and was in constant contact with me during the time they were working, keeping me informed of the progress. They completed the job the same day and showed me the work before any of the crew left. There was decorativ edging pieces that needed to be put on.

"This company's claim of no complaints is a scam!!! Beware of any company that does not accept credit cards! This company performed repairs on my roof. They very next time it rained, I had a new leak directly below where they performed the initial repair. Since water flows downhill, any leaks in the roof below the repair would have already been evident. I call

back to correct. Instead of offering to correct their poor workmanship, they wanted another $500.00 payment. This is when I realized why the company does not accept credit cards and how they generate additional visits to scam customers.. This company only performs repairs not re-reroofing. By performing repairs only (not re-roofing) the Nevada State Contractors Board will not inspect any complaints against their work unless YOU pay to have the interior of you ceiling removed for inspection. Since the cost of a repair (usually around $500.00), the cost of removing your interior ceiling is usually much higher, so the company avoids the inspection and any resulting "Official" complaints on thier record by the Contractors Board. They further perpetuate the fraud by not accepting credit cards. This removes another avenue for the customer to file a complaint,"
