"I have to be honest with you: I'm not really sure about the details of the work performed as far as : was there a better way to do this Job? Was there a cheaper way to do this job? (certain aspects). There is just an incident that doesn't seem right: Plumber told us he needed to cut a hole through our bathroom wall (from the outside!!) in order to repair the problem with the bath tub. TWO TIMES we were told they needed to accomplish the repair of the of the tub faucet cartridge AND the repair of the drain BY GOING THROUGH THE OUT -SIDE WALL TO REACH TUB. Eventually these two operations were completed WITHOUT having to put the EXPENSIVE hole in my outside wall! Now my paramount concern is - WHY DID THEY WANT TO PUT THE HOLE IN THE WALL WHICH , OBVIOUSLY WOULD HAVE COST HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS, WHEN THE WORK WAS ULTIMATELY ACCOMPLISHED WITHOUT THE HOLE IN WALL! If you (Angies List) can get this reconcilled, and get a "good answer" from them (Honest Plumber), we would be more than willing to change our report."

He knew that I had no pipes under my floor, so there were no reason to tear up my floors. Stunned, I repeat back to him to make 100% sure I understand correctly... he CANNOT fix our water heater BECAUSE it's under warranty yet at the same time he can fix it today if I DIDN'T have warranty? With a straight face he confirms yes this is the correct. In short he wanted to sell me a unit from them rather than handle the service request he was called out for. It is this type of ridiculous logic that deserves a boycott from any consumer (individual or otherwise). PS - adding insult to injury, Mr.

I walked back in the house stunned and angry that there are companies that actually do business like this.
