Las Vegas mover 16 days late with belongings says homeowner

Exel Cut Tree Service Didn't respond to Dorothy Pereira's complaint regarding tree trimming she says they left unfinished. Third month in the box.

Absolute Stucco Didn't respond to Karin Richmond's complaint about work she says was left unfinished. Second month in the box.

Do-it-all Service Failed to return Brendan Farrell's calls to fix her vacuum, repair the cracked paint in her home and clean the carpets, which she said were dirtied with paint. First month in the box.

COMPLAINT:

Cliff Oliver, Austin

Puliz United Van Lines packed my belongings as agreed, but with little warning, they delayed pick-up about a week. Once they removed my belongings, the quality of the service deteriorated further. After I left Nevada, I called Puliz. They said they might make the latest delivery date. I continued in good faith to work with them to secure our delivery, but my belongings were subjected to heat in their van. The actual delivery occurred 16 days after pick-up.

DESIRED RESOLUTION:

"A reasonable settlement for this move would be $6,781.96 for packing and moving charges."

RESPONSE:

Karen Clark, claims specialist, Puliz United Van Lines

"We have requested documentation from him, and upon receipt, we will attempt resolution within the contract terms."
