"The workers were very thorough in cleaning up after the work. They came with a big truck that has a shredder on it and hauled it all away. It was nice and clean and they also took care of all the leaves that accumulated under the plants. They blew it out then hauled it away. The yard looks spic and span, I highly recommend them - they are very good. I thought the price was reasonable and the quality was excellent. They were very conducive to any suggestions, we wanted it done a certain way and they did it for us. That made it easy for us to get our yard the way we wanted it. The foreman arranged to be at our house Saturday morning and he failed to record that and he missed it. We were waiting for him and we called him and he apologized then came on Wednesday. I called the main office and they don't have office hours on the weekend so I left a message on the cell phone. That was the only bad part, otherwise it was fine. "

on Angie's list. Called and talked with owner. He came over and talked to us about what we wanted done and looked over the site with me. Provided a written estimate and made an appointment for the time for the work to be done. He and his workers were on time. After installing new irrigation drip control box owner showed me exactly how to use it. His work crew was professional and very polite. They worked steadily and did exactly what we wanted done. They cleaned up after they were done and left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. This was the third company I had hired to work in my yard, converting from a weed filled dirt yard to a landscaped yard with trees, succulents, cactus and other desert appropriate plants. Their work was the best and I will have them come back when I am ready to install more plants and I will retain them for quarterly maintenance. I was so impressed with the quality of their work and their professionalism I am entertaining the idea of renting a canopy and erecting it when I need them again so they will not have to toil in the direct sunlight."

"IT WENT HORRIBLY! We had 2 quotes done. The first was just wanting to raise the flower beds with standard brick, we wanted something different/eye catching. Pacific suggested Flagstone. I was excited! Especially since he would give a "10% discount" for cash. So we were willing to pay the same amt (after the discount) as the 1st estimate was since the first was for the same price with less "quality" materials. We were in a bit of a rush to get this all done before family came out for or wedding. He assured us they would get everything done before the end of the week before the wedding. * Tree removal company came out within 1 day and did a FANTASTIC job. *** 3 days after that,

came out with the rock. Dropped it and started spreading it. When they were 3/4 of the way done, i went out and realized they didn't put down the weed block. Called and got answering system. Badgered the workers for his cell # when i asked them why no weed block and he said, he asked, but "the boss" said no, because he didn't charge for it. I then had to explain to him that we DID talk about it, and he agreed to put it down. ***They didn't put in edging, like we'd talked about and he explained again, that he didn't have the original paper he wrote what we talked about down on with him, but he didn't believe he quoted me for that either, but they could put back the original edging we had. ***They worked on raising the flower beds and putting down rock in the other back yard beds, then left for the day. I went to check everything out and the flower beds were raised with 8" bricks. I thought they would be back the next day to put the flagstone on. Nope, that was it. AND it's not even secured in, just stacked. When i asked him about the flagstone, he said no, he never quoted me on flagstone, but on flagstone "look". This is BRICK. The other "flagstone look" he was referring to, he explained has a "flagstone look" when it's all stacked. So basically it too is brick. ZERO FLAGSTONE. Since i ultimately,between the 2, liked the look with the 8" brick over the "flagstone look" brick (which again looked nothing like flagstone). Then my father pointed out that they didn't level out the beds. There was a SIX INCH height difference from 1 end to the other. (He agreed to come back and fix that, and did) But if we hadn't noticed, he wasn't going to say anything! *** It took over a week (and several calls) to get 2

relocated from 1 side of the yard to the other. *** He replaced irrigation (that i had put in brand new 2 months earlier) in the flower beds with bubblers. Which in turn caused sink holes and standing water in the beds. 3 (warranteed) plants died. It took 2 weeks and approximately 10 calls to get him to finally call back and/or come back out. He kept saying throughout the entire work process that he "didn't quote me pricing" on certain services but chose to replace irrigation without asking (or charging me?). *** They came out finally 3 days ago, after many phone calls and emails, to go over the things i still had issues with. We went over the unrequested irrigation (which he left ZERO clearance for moving the spiggots in the future) replacing the 3 dead plants, and fixing the sink holes. When i explained that my previous irrigation that i had put in, had adjustable nozzles to prevent this type of thing. He explained that i needed to adjust the water flow from the timer, not the nozzle. Even though, all my other plants that are on the irrigation are doing fine, i need to adjust THEM to make up for the flower bedding drips he put in. *** He then told me they would come out, put the other irrigation back in, replace the 3 dead plants, and fix the sink holes, but that he wasn't going to keep having his guys come out and fix stuff. He basically made it sound like even though i wasn't happy with what HE did, this was the last time he was coming out. *** They came out 3 days ago, dealt with my husband who i'd given a list so there would be NO misunderstanding and they fixed ONE sink hole, and replaced the irrigation back to what i'd had installed previously. My husband then excused himself to go to the restroom, and they promptly left by the time he returned. I still have 1 large (and getting larger everytime the water goes on) Sink hole in my flower bed, and 3 dead plants that were under warranty by

. I'm a new homeowner and several of the things he sent me in the "email estimate" were assumed, i am at fault for that. (Like the weed guard and edging). It didn't state that specifically on the estimate, but i "assumed" it was a given since we'd discussed it and the pricing was the same from previous estimates for the same materials. *** This company also however, does not give a copy of all the things he wrote down while out here, what i consider the actual estimation sheet). So for that, my bad. I should have asked for specifics and down to the minutest detail. (Both the other companies i had out, gave me a copy of what they'd written on the spot and they were going to get back to me with the quote.) This guy knows he did crappy work, ripped me off of several things, charged me for other things i thought i was getting but he managed to explain them away. Then bullied me into accepting what he did as great and ultimately advised he wouldn't be coming out to fix anymore issues. I referred him to a friend at work, who was getting 2 entire yards done, and that he was given ultimate cart

on a plan, he came out, checked everything out and told him he'd email him a plan. My friend has yet to hear from him, 2 months later. My only suggestion to ANYONE thinking of using this company is... BUYER BEWARE. don't expect to hear from him, or get phone calls returned, let alone SEE him face to face other than the original walk through."
