"As an REO (Bank Owned) real estate agent, repairs are required all the time. In this specific case I needed new doors installed on a boarded up duplex. I contacted the company and within the same day I had an estimate to submit to my bank for approval. After receiving the approval from me they had all the work done the next day. In the industry of REO's time is precious, and they really seem to understand what it is all about.
In the past I have had them do everything from remedieng extensive water damage, foundational issues and lots more. The bids and estimates never take longer than 48 hours and usually arrive in less than 24.

"We were in contract for a home requiring a 203k renovation due to a gutted guest bathroom. 
from AIC was absolutely wonderful in working with us to complete the bid for submission to our mortgage lender. He submitted an extremely comprehensive, very detailed bid that included renovating the bathroom as we wished, drywall issues, electrical and plumbing problems, code violation corrections and other problems. We as inexperienced first-time homebuyers changed our mind on the bathroom renovation several times, and his bid was subsequently modified per our requests 4 different times. has the patience of a .
The total amount of the bid was approximately $16,000.00. AIC was not the low bidder, but because of great customer service, superior communication and attention to detail, we felt the most comfortable with them and chose to pay a higher amount for increased peace of mind. When the bank came back with a whole new laundry list of details and specifications for AIC to address, once again produced everything necessary very quickly.
Unfortunately, the deal ultimately fell through due to incompetent dealers/investors, so the work was never started. However, we will certainly be using AIC in the future and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone."

I hired a company to do the cabinets and the countertop but did everything else. His estimates were spot on and the work that he did was exceptional. Made sure to check and double check what we wanted, advised he would bring in his own electrician since he has a general contractors license and that replacing wiring etc isn't covered under general contractors license, which none of the other estimates we got were licensed for electrical, but they said it would be "no problem".
The other contractors suggested 8 can lights in our kitchen, in addition to the pendant lights. This would've raised the price by over $500. He asked if we were going to be landing Jets, because otherwise, 4 would be more than enough. He was right! And saved us an additional $500. He never OVER suggested, just so he could raise his price.
His work was excellent, timely and we got exactly what we wanted. We're new home owners of an older house and when we get around to doing more work, we're definitely going to be calling him back! Impeccable!"

" and his crew started the job early and finished early. They had several great ideas that improved upon the design that we wanted. They planned the entire job from start to finish and discussed with us in detail what the end product would be. Their experience and skills helped prevent several costly mistakes that we would have made. The team was not afraid to spend extra time to make every last detail perfect. "Like the other reviews indicate, has a serious issue with responsiveness. We are in contract for a 2200 sq. ft., 203k renovation property that requires approximately $25-30k worth of renovations. We have to close soon, so it is imperative we hire a contractor who is on the ball. I called for a quote very recently around 10am, gave the receptionist a fairly detailed amount of information on the property, the repairs needed, our timeline, and my phone number. I was told someone would call us back within an hour or so. Around 4pm I called again to follow up. The woman who answered sounded neither surprised nor concerned that we had not been called back and said that 'maybe' one of the managers would call me the next day. I reminded her that our situation was very time-sensitive and again gave her the information and my phone number. Well, nobody called the next day, OR the day after that. I'm not gonna call you guys 3 times just to allow you the opportunity to earn our business, . If that's how responsive you are to potential clients, how bad do you get once you actually start working for someone? Get it together. Or, don't... other contractors out there have been falling all over themselves for our business, and in this economy they certainly should be."

"I called for estimate. A lady answered the phone, and set an appiontment with 4pm at Satureday. He never call and never show up. I called back. The lady answered this never happen before, will find out what happen and call me back. Well.... she never call me back. If the start is bad, do you think they will do a good job?"

" was extremely professional, honest and conscious of his work. He took the time to go over several options, and there are alot! He went over positives and negatives of different materials. He gave me the choice to buy materials I desired, versus going with his contractors, hence saving me some money.
What I had: 2x2 white tiles through out the . Those tiles became loose in the shower and caused water damage in walls. Stained fiberglass shower floor. Oval shaped shallow bathtub, double sinks that where about 1" above the tile. When you washed your face, water dripped down your arms onto the counter. White floors and white walls. Gold faucets.
What he did: 1/2" cement board in shower and tub area. A one piece cultured marble shower with edges about 2" high. Earth ceramic tile with decorative borders and edges, granite counter tops, with sunk in sinks. Now when I wash my face any water that falls off my arms, you simply scoot into the sink! Granite around jacuzzi soaking tub with nice to sit on after a bath. For the granite I went down to tile store picked out a slab. sent his guy over to do all the measurements with a " ". This enabled us to use one large slab of granite for counter top, back splash and around the tub. New cabinets, gold fixtures, lighting, mirror, medicine chest, frameless glass shower door in brass hinges, new ceramic tile floor with 1"border. He completed work on time and was a delight to have work in my home. I did the painting and the only thing we kept is the commode! As a note, he used a new caulking product around the marble shower that did not live up to manufacture specifications. Of course he came back and replaced with a silicone based caulking. And of course no charge. He is licensed, insured & bonded.
P.S. My cats enjoyed his work as well, checking out every day after he & his crew left! I look forward to having him retile my entry way some day. Yes, my 1991 house has all white tile there too. Pictures of before and after on request at catchcare@embarqmail.com

"Outstand results. Cabintes and granite countertop were exactly what they represented. Removal of old cabinets and installation of new cabinets and coutnertops were timely and very well done. Cleanup afterwards was very good. Absoulutely great experience. "
