Internet Service Reviews in Las Vegas

I have been with
for 12 years plus. At the current time I only have
Internet (turned my tv off seven years ago). I feel frankly that the monthly fee for
(especially since they raised it to 41/mo) is high for the speed of the connection. I would switch except that I have not heard anything good about the other choices. During high use times, the speed is even lower.
In my two most recent issues, there was a mixed bag. The first was when my modem when out. This was one that
GAVE me for free six or seven years ago. When I called about the problem I was told I now had to buy or rent ($7/mo) a new modem from them. I went out and bought my own modem, which worked just fine. The second problem came from some interned issues that I had. The tech who I was eventually hooked up with was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He fixed the issue quickly. In general, I have had good (but not great) customer service from
, regarding internet/computer issues.

It was a complete disaster. I originally signed up with them on 5/3/2014 and had to call three times starting at 800 A.M before they connected me to an account special list to cancel the account. I also told them I I wanted the installation scheduled for that day to be cancelled
At 3:P.M. their installer appeared at my home and I had to send him on his way and I advised him that I had cancelled the account
25 days later I received a bill for monthly service
once again had to repeat the above process until I finally reached an account special list to cancelled my account
I asked for a confirming email but they indicated that they don't send confirming emails even though they request an email address in the application
I am still waiting for a confirmation letter regarding the final disposition of my account but at least I am not receiving any further bills
I was extremely disappointed with them since I thought I was dealing with a top notch organization
I will never do business with them in the future

tried to give same day installation service on the day I Signed up.
Unfortunately I think they were over booked and the installer came 3 hours past the scheduled time
Other then their punctuality the installation was flaw less. The installer knew what he was doing and at all times demonstrated professionalism in his actions and interactions with me and my family
I would highly recommend them

Called provider and they were quick to handle the questions. No excessive hold time and no communication issues. Overall, the best communication with a provider so far.

I'm happy with them as far as the service but the price seems to keep going up. I have had them for about a year and a half. The internet works perfectly. The phone is unlimited so I can make all the phone calls I want. I just wish it was cheaper.

We spend $105 a month on that service. They are really good overall and professional. They were a little late getting here, but they wore booties to not get our carpet dirty. They also ran a line underneath our carpeting for a TV in a different spot of the room. We had a weak internet signal for some reason in our house and they were able to adjust it somehow to give us the proper signal strength. They were a couple of hours late, so we would give them a B on punctuality.

Las Vegas Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
provides us with fairly average services. We receive nothing outstanding from them. I do not feel they go above and beyond. They are sometimes difficult to get in touch with and our service is far from perfect. I am keeping my eye open for other companies. I would not recommend them to others.

Thank goodness I cancelled all of this before I had it installed. Caution....I spent 2 weeks trying to set up service with this company and they failed on EVERY level. They are so busy trying to double talk the conversations they never get the information correct. It's like the old phone game....when the last person gets the info it is not even close to what you said. The right hand does not even talk to the left hand. They have no idea what you have been told. After being given 3 different phone numbers, being stood up on the install date (called 5 hours later and told it wouldn't happen that day) and not even sure of the amount of service or pricing, I decided to go with someone else. A scary company to do business with. They all want to know your social security number now to even process an order. This is after you have talked with I don't know how many people. If they can't get the order straight then what exactly are they doing with your "very private" information is my question? Just this morning, after cancelling everything, I got a phone call from the installer wanting to install. He obviously didn't get the message again! They must send their employees to a good "apology school". That's all I heard for 2 weeks and still ridicules mistakes on the account. It was like talking to a wall most of the time. Nothing processed with them. Beware and shop around for your provider.....

account had been cancelled however there was a balance of $8.00 and some odd cents for my one day of non working service, I told them to cancel that bill also. I should not have to pay for non service.

After 12 months and 4 different routers I finally got a
Las Vegas Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
repair person to tell me that the routers they provide are junk and she told me what I needed to buy - a multi port as opposed to the single port that
Las Vegas Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
provides. I spent the $200 at best buy for the new router and have not had a problem since. I asked this repair person why

never told me that the router they provide will not do the job. She said because they only offer 1 type of router and they charge you for it. If you cancel your router they
