This is a late review, I bought this for my mom to get her through the winter season for the house that she just bought. Last week her A/C unit was making a loud noise, I looked through her receipts to find the bill the company that checked her system last year (which was All Aound Heating and cooling) so I could use them again. When I looked at the bill and saw that they charged her for 4 pounds of freon($300.00) to check the heater system. I called 2 other companys to see if that was the right thing to do and they both said NO. I will never use these guys again and because of this they lost out on a $10,000 A/C and Heater replacement that I just did.

the compressor was replaced but the unit was not positioned in the middle of the cement slab, it is on the very
of the slab and looks horrible. Any person who is interested in buying the house will immediately see it as it is next to the walk way. I talked to
twice but 7 weeks later I am still waiting for it to be fixed. Very disappointed.

The tech showed up on time, and did the work. He noticed that the condenser had some rust, and would eventually need to be replaced. He didn't pressure me to replace it that day, and said that it was an item that they always have in their trucks, so when it goes out it won't be a problem to replace right away. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn't pressure me.

Install took longer than expected. Owner spent most of time on phone, not even watching over job. Actual installers did not seem knowledgeable. I complained from day 2 that one unit not cooling. They could not come out until following week. Did not show up. I called,

, the owner, he said sorry, I don't know why it wasn't on the books. We can come next week. AC now not even working. I called few days later due to another unit leaking. Still going to be a few days to come. Next day, other unit leaking. Now, NO AC in house. I looked in attic, drain line on one, not even connected, other overflowing due to trash in drain

. Finally they show up. They worked 2 days in attic. I went to see what they were doing. They cut a hole on side of unit. I told him there is a prefab connection, What are you doing? He responded drain line would be better connected here. Also units still leaking. They just moved secondary

Still had wiring issues that needed fixed. Drywall repair guy showed up for 3 hours and never saw him again. A week later, hole in kitchen covered, but not repaired. Insulation still falling down in pantry. Screws in bedroom holding ceiling up. I voiced concerns that owner never looked at work during entire process. He said too busy to watch everybody. This company came in $2000 less than another bid. I am so sorry for my decision.

We called
Las Vegas HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
in the morning and they promised to have a tech at my house between 2-4 pm that same day. They called me again around 1:30 or so to tell me that the tech was running a little ahead of schedule and could be there around 2 pm, or maybe just a few minutes earlier. The tech

Las Vegas HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
was very friendly and knowledgable. He listened as I described the problem and asked a few questions so he had a clear understanding of the problem. 15 minutes later, the repair was done. A screw came loose on the blower motor not allowing it to work properly. Cost was $25. We have used

before and have always had this kind of outstanding service from them. They are amazing. They perform great work at a fair price. I will only use

If you are looking for a company where you have to chase them to complete work, watch their every move and have them learn on the job, then these clowns are for you. The first thing he did was put a

My AC unit failed during a home inspection. I believe the home inspector accidentally caused some of the wires to come loose at the thermostat during his inspection but rather than loose the sale of the home due to an AC issue, I called

Serve. I'd used them before the they are very professional.
Las Vegas HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
was onsite within 1 hour of calling on a very hot day and did an excellent job of repairing the AC. I explained to the receptionist that a home inspection was in process, the buyer was on his way over and she got a tech out right away. I appreciated the quick arrival and the work was excellent. The tech explained everything he was doing, tightened the wires and recommended adding Freon and changing a capacitor. I thought the pricing was a little high but with the buyer and inspector sitting in the kitchen, it was worth the price not to

Worker arrived over an hour late for the appt. and at the end of the day. He started the inspection and then stated that one new A/C was required (we had an idea that would be the case). Our second A/C was fine. We asked for our options and his "professional advise." He advised and tried to sell us on purchasing a unit that was not energy efficient (not variable speed and 13 SEER) and, furthermore, we learned that this unit would be obsolete at the end of the year according to the new guidelines. It also requires a type of freon that is expensive and is getting moreso over time - because it is getting substituted for a syntheticbrand. (
Las Vegas HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
got a "good deal" on these specific units for a reason! In our case, there was no "passing on savings" as a good deal for the customer. We learned differently upon researching the specs!) I left a phone message late that night canceling the order and it was not listened to. The worker arrived to be surprised to find another company already at the house with a different A/C unit (in fairness the
Las Vegas HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
worker did finish the incomplete inspection --according to the Angies List ad-- by cleaning the filters, which had been paid for). We are glad that we got honest advise from Signature A/C (which was verified by the checking facts with other companies) and we received prompt and professional service from Signature A/C and Heating, over a long weekend and in 110 degree temps. We would highly recommend the latter!

I was expecting him between 2 and 4, wasn't until 4:30 at which time the guards told him he would only have 45 minutes to do the inspection. we rescheduled from the 2nd to the 3rd in the am. He was very pleasant and professional. I was a little concerned that he hadn't worked on this type of unit. The
Las Vegas HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
was wanting the blowers to be inspected as there is water cooling elements involved and possibility of leakage. He did look at the unit but it was working properly. He cleaned the outside unit of debris and dust as best he could. Probably hadn't been done for years. He would liked to have hosed it out but no hose was available that would even reach the outside of the complex, water was inside the garage next to elevators, too far away. Everything was checked carefully and he made some recommendations.
