I wrote the company a big complaint letter. They did not respond. I am not overly impressed with their services. In addition to my monthly charge, they tried to bill me $150 for the false alarm disaster of a situation that had occurred. They were also supposed to drop my monthly bills from $38 to $25 and they have yet to do that for me."
