was the gentleman sent out to help us. I was late to our appointment and he called just as he arrived. I told him my story about being locked out of my office and that I was on my way. I did not expect that he would wait (most companies won't) but he did and I was very grateful! He was very nice from beginning to end. He was polite and courteous. He fixed our plumbing issue better than it had been done in the first place! He replaced switches on our bedroom dimmer and when he could not fix the problem with our messed up electrical system in the laundry room he took off $ of what the original estimate was. I thought this was great because he did dedicate time to trying to fix it and that time had value. (The previous owner of our house did some creative wiring and called them "upgrades") Overall I was very impressed and I will recommend this company to everyone who needs something repaired.
