"They called the morning of the appointment to verify ceiling height in order to make sure that they brought the right size ladder. They arrived promptly. The electrician confirmed and made sure he understood exactly what the issues were before he began work. The lighting in the garage had a problem that required a special part. He called in and had ...more one brought out to him on the spot, so he could complete all repairs in one visit. When the part was delivered, the other employee stayed to help the electrician complete repairs quicker, and even offered to help change some very high lightbulbs, that I would have needed special equipment to reach. This was an excellent experience. I will use this company again, and recommend to friends and family."

"It went very well. was the gentleman sent out to help us. I was late to our appointment and he called just as he arrived. I told him my story about being locked out of my office and that I was on my way. I did not expect that he would wait (most companies won't) but he did and I was very grateful! He replaced switches on our bedroom dimmer and when he could not fix the problem with our messed up electrical system in the laundry room he took off $ of what the original estimate was. He submitted an extremely comprehensive, very detailed bid that included renovating the bathroom as we wished, drywall issues, ...more electrical and plumbing problems, code violation corrections and other problems. We as inexperienced first-time homebuyers changed our mind on the bathroom renovation several times, and his bid was subsequently modified per our requests 4 different times.

AIC was not the low bidder, but because of great customer service, superior communication and attention to detail, we felt the most comfortable with them and chose to pay a higher amount for increased peace of mind. once again produced everything necessary very quickly. Unfortunately, the deal ultimately fell through due to incompetent dealers/investors, so the work was never started. However, we will certainly be using AIC in the future and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone."

He also called about 10-15 minutes before he arrived, did the work as we requested in a timely manner. He was very conscientious about keeping the inside of our home clean, while he accessed our attic to pull wires. It was a two man job, Kamau came with his helper (sorry, I forgot his name) and did the work efficiently, within a timely manner and was very pleasant. The biggest surprise was that the bill was exactly as quoted! I?m so tired of service people changing the price for an assortment of reasons.
