They don't stand behind their product. I asked for dry cleaning and they dry cleaned the shams but washed the bedspread. The bedspread faded and the shams did not. When I complained they said it wasn't their fault and I had to go to a different company that did their dry cleaning off site. I explained that I used them for a rental unit and it was very important that they matched and now they didn't match at all. In the course of the conversation I commented to the manager that I couldn't use them in their present condition. He said he thought if he dry cleaned it again, the color would come back. Of course, it didn't come back. I told him that it wasn't going to work and he said that I couldn't have it back because I said I couldn't use it in that condition. I told him I was going to take him to small claims court and he then refused to give the bedspread back. I didn't have time to take him to small claims court and I never got the bedspread back because he said that I had given him permission to keep the quilt since I said that I couldn't use it. I've never had anything like that happen at a dry cleaner. I had been going to him for a long time until that happened. He also refused to give me any information about the offsite company that did the dry cleaning. I would never use them again.

My wife has used their services for dry cleaning a number of times. I guess if you don't have issues then they are amicable. She had yet though to ask them to do any alternations. From what I know their price per alteration is excellent. So my wife and three-year old daughter went to get two pairs of pants hemmed. The Asian, Korean, co-owner, name that we don't know, did the measurements and set the pins and told my wife to return in one week. On the return visit my wife picked up the garments and returned home. That next morning she tried on the pants, and one sets of pant legs was still hanging on the floor. The other seemed to be right. From my viewing it looked as if nothing had been done to first pair. The next morning my wife returned to the store, and that's when the trouble began. My wife is a very respectful and mindful person. She approached this woman with a polite attitude. This women proceeded to call her "ugly" and this
to shouting between the owner and the believed owner's husband. My wife told me that she never raised her voice. But his woman yelled the entire time which may be the custom. She was also pushing my wife around during the refitting of the pants. When all was said and done my wife left believing that they would correct the error. Though because of the language
it wasn't known to her how this error occurred. By the way my three-year old daughter was witness to this meeting and she told me that the "people" "screamed". Anyway the next day my wife returned and found the store empty except for this woman. This woman immediately began yelling at my wife. It took her some time to figure out why. But on the car ride home after discussing the situation with me, she believed that this woman was trying to tell her that my wife had moved the pins that had been used as a measurement for the hemming while she was in the changing room. What? This woman was accusing her of tampering with the goods. My wife doesn't even know how to sew. Plus during the first visit had my three-year old with her. In any case this women told her never to return while yelling as my wife told her she wouldn't in a normal
. I have done some research on-line and see that we are not the only customers who have been accused of deliberately tampering with the garments whether it be dry cleaning or alterations. This operation was close to our home but now we will never go near it again. We have yet to make a BBB claim but plan to do so just in case there's something that can be noted to help other customers not experience the h*** that my wife did. Please boycott this service. Thank you.

We are really happy with these cleaners. They give us a lot of personal attention. A lot of times he's gotten our stuff ready before we arrive. They also have an exception alterations lady that we are free to use. There is nothing that we need that they can't.

At first, not bad, and the price seemed to be good. However, I had a run in with the owner/manager over the cleaning of a L.L.

shirt. A few days after I had picked it up, I noticed a large hole on the sleeve. The shirt isn't new, but then again it has been worn to death. Anyway, I took the shirt to the store and presented it to the manager as something they had done. He became very agitated and said the hole was due to wear. I pointed out that the hold seemed to be caused by a chemical the material seemed to have been burned. He said that I didn't know what I was talking about the shirt was laundered and no chemicals were used. He repeated the hole was due to excessive wear. If you've owned a

shirt, you know they wear like iron; it's inconceivable that one relatively small (1") spot would be subject to excessive wear. I told the man he wouldn't see either me or my family again. He didn't seem to be concerned about losing the business.

I did not like
Las Vegas Dry Cleaners Provider Name Locked
at all. They charge high premiums and they destroyed two new clothing articles I had just purchased. I was mad. Every item had to be re-done elsewhere. This is supposed to be a good company but they are not at all. They do very poor quality work.

I told him that I was dissatisfied that he was not honoring his promotion, and that I would find a way to complain and make my voice heard. Personally, I can't imagine telling a new customer (which was the purpose of the advertising in the first place) that between I and my advertising source, a mistake was made, but that the new customer would have to pay the price. To me, this is business stupidity that shows that a new customer isn't really worth that much. But hey, what do I know, anyway? The choice of dry cleaning my comforters for $20 and then correcting the "miscommunicated ad" (something real easy to do on the Internet) or collecting nothing and having me leave angry and ready to publicly complain about the business to me is a

as well. By the way, another dry cleaner is doing the job for less. You aren't doing yourself any favors by going to this place.

When I picked up my comforter, it was nicely folded on a hanger with a large bag over it. I lifted the bag and looked it over. It looked good. When I got home, I spread it out and was very pleased with the job they did. I was amazed to have only paid $12.00 to have my comforter cleaned. I will take any future dry cleaning to them.

They do a good job on dry cleaning but I have had at least a dozen shirts over the past year come back with buttons broken or missing. They also seem to have a problem with their system as I have asked repeatedly to have shirts folded and boxed and they continue to come back on hangers (sometimes with the tag "Box" attached to each shirt. After a full year of giving them an opportunity to improve and numerous complaints to the "supervisor" on property, I'm looking for a new dry cleaner. I can't afford the time and effort to replace buttons.
