"The guys were very friendly, but they put a mesh metal that someone could cut and they had to come back and re-do with new metal. They put the wrong type of locking mechanism on the windows too. They put a metal, locking bar on the front door and it was not installed correctly. They did come back out to fix the issues, very compliant, no problems with having them come back out."

"Our dogs had walloped the sliding door in such a way that it was incredibly hard to slide. The rollers were relatively new (replaced last year), so I thought that we might need a new track. I called Vic this morning and he said he would stop by on the way back from another job. He arrived within the hour. Vic took a look and immediately told us that the track was good and that our rollers were excellent--the door just needed to be adjusted back into place. He made the adjustment and oiled the track and was generous enough to waive the normal trip charge ($75) because he had been in the area.
