She went in there for a procedure that she was going to have, and he never even bothered to come in to talk to her. He let the nurse take care of everything. A couple of times when she went there for appointments he wanted to sign her up for a study that he was doing. She didn't ...more go for it because she had to give up some things that she didn't want to give up, and he lost interest in her. She is not satisfied with him. We have Medicare and TRICARE for life, so we normally don't have any problems with billing.

;">I did not have a good experience with him. The first time I met with him I only had to wait about half an hour to see him. The appointment was very brief. I went through my blood pressure history with him and I read him the log that I had been keeping. He said that it was probably nothing. I am young and I am not overweight or a smoker. His assistant sent me to a lab that didn't take my insurance so I had to go to another lab. I never officially got the results back. I went back two weeks later for a follow up appointment and I waited 1 1/2 hours while pharmaceutical reps went in the back and hung out for 20 minutes. After 1 1/2 hours I told them that I couldn't sit there all day and I had to get back to my office. They charged me even though I never saw the doctor and I had to fight for a month to get my $35 back. I called and called and called to get the results from my blood tests. The assistant finally told me that he said everything was fine. I've been to several doctors now who have seen my blood pressure levels and they know that everything is not fine. I never got to speak with him. I never got a follow up call or anything. It was an absolute disaster. I don't think it is a competent issue. I think that his office is very, very poorly run and he is jeopardizing patients’ health by not following through to make sure people are taken care of. I would not go back to him and I would not recommend him. My parents were patients of his and I have told them not to go back to him. ."

"I was VERY VERY pleased with my first visit with him. He has wonderful bedside manners, communication was GREAT. I felt quite at ease with him, and he didn't try to pressure me into any immediate tests (I have no health insurance). He gave me some ideas on how to save money on future tests. He seemed to be very knowledgeable. I'm glad I finally found a good doctor (which, by the way, I found here on Angies List...and then googled his name and found more good reviews). I was able to make an appointment 3 days ahead. Office was easy to find. And it's NOT ON LONE MOUNTAIN RD---he's now in the Forte Family Practice building, 9010 W.

I have insurance and Medicare. She would try to not live up to her obligations. She would turn around and bill me. When I refused to pay her, she threatened to turn me over to the bill collector. She is a medical provider and by law she is obligated to bill me as my primary insurance. I will not use her again in the future. "
