"I had a loan with this credit union from a few years back. That was a very good experience to get the loan. Later when they were transferring the loan to Centennial" Lending, there were issues with the transfer and I needed to speak with someone. I tried to contact
repeatedly. She contacted me a few weeks later after I put in complaints. In the past year I have tried a couple of times to call in to ask about loan services. The most recent one was a few weeks ago. They don't answer(calls again go to
) so the call goes to voice mail. Calls do not get returned.

"I would not recommend this service to anyone. If you need financing for medical/dental services, seek elsewhere. This credit card can be used for personal medical/dental" services in addition to veterinary services, but beware! You will end up paying twice as much in interest as the original charge! In addition, I requested a small credit increase over a year ago, they simply ignored me until Synchrony bought them out, then approved the credit increase when I no longer needed it!

I have been using them for 27 years and they sent me a congratulatory message which was very nice of them. They later did their so called upgrade to their system and I pay consequently through them and they never said anything. When the format came up, it was completely different so I didn't answer to that I was thinking, "Is this a hacker or what?" because it was nothing like it used to be. When they upgraded it, they dropped I don't know how many of my vendors that I pay every month. I had a call from my recent insurance company that I was no longer covered and I needed to call them immediately if I wanted my insurance which I paid from three years.

I found out that during this upgrading they threw out all these people. When I put in a bill to pay, apparently it was delayed or something. When I called the insurance company, I was talking to a robot and they said I didn't owe them anything. Apparently when they upgraded, they dropped that or they were late paying it. Apparently everything is okay other than that. There was a guy, a very nice guy who went to another level and found out it was the upgrading issue. I have two vendors in there with no names, just the account number that I have with them. How would they make such a mistake?

How do you get people that are doing this and they are still working. There is no history on my card. They upgraded and instead of making something

, they complicated it to no return.

The resources and business plans presented to me by
Las Vegas Banks Provider Name Locked

Funds have been beyond helpful. The plan and procedures are not always
apparent to the small business owner, or start up business. You don't
typically find out this valuable
information from friends, family,
other business owners or your banker.
Las Vegas Banks Provider Name Locked
has been there
for me, guided me along the way, and the information has made me more
confident to move forward with growing my business than ever before. I
think all business owners should be given the opportunity to know all
the products and services available to them. Unfortunately, it doesn't
work that way in the business world, and without

empowering me to grow my business, I would not be where I am today
without them.

What I have discovered recently after an influx of $35.00 overdraft fees were assessed to my account is that BOA is NOT ALERTING me until the next day that I do not have the funds to cover a debit that has been posted to my account. Here is a real example:

35.00 -$484.33 Overdraft Fee
According to my records, I should have $155.67 still. However, Because BOA
held my payroll check for some reason for the first time since I've been banking with them in over 7 yrs, AND $500.00 was not available on Friday like it always has been, AND I did not get an alert till MONDAY that my account fell below $50 so that I could transfer money or make another deposit, AND they chose NOT to use the OVERDRAFT PROTECTION I have linked to this account for a fee of $10 rather than the $35 they charged me for every item that came through and they paid...I woke Monday to learn that instead of having $155.67 in the bank....I had a NEGATIVE (-) FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND THIRTY-THREE. W.O.W.
As if that weren't bad enough, I went back as far as my online banking records would allow, 12 months, and BOA has been doing this every month it looks like. I haven't gone through all my statements, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's they've ripped me off into the thousands of dollars over the course of 7yrs.
P.S. I know some of my good friends bank there also and have commented on getting the alerts the day after (when it's too late).

I have had wonderful experience with
Las Vegas Banks Provider Name Locked
(formerly known as Southern Federal Credit Union).
They are a smaller bank/credit union and you get better personal help when going in to the bank or calling them.
Unfortunately, I just refinanced my mortgage with them, and I have to say that was my first negative experience. The refi itself went fine, but I thought I'd be dealing directly with the credit union on servicing my loan. My bad for not reading the docs close enough and asking questions. Immediately after closing, my loan was transferred to Amerisave. Now my FIRST payment is coming due, and I tried to call Amerisave to find out how to make online payments. Oh, sorry, you have to MAIL in your first payment because WE are transferring your loan service to PennyMac!! And I'm reading HORRIBLE reviews of PennyMac's servicing of loans.
If you need a good, friendly bank in the area, by all means use TSCU. But if you are refinancing anything over a 15 year loan you'd be better off checking elsewhere as your loan can and will be serviced by...no one knows!!

Very good. I have been with
Las Vegas Banks Provider Name Locked
Members for over 20 years. Excellent service and professionalism. They usually have the best programs or rates. If not they are close. Any issues that arise in my experience they resolve to satisfaction even if it wasn't their mistake. I recommend them.

I have taken out several loans with them. They do 100-3000 loans. You pay monthly to pay the loan back. They do not ask you about your other loans. If you tell them you are having issues paying your loans back they refer you to a sister company where are loaned more money. This company does not help you get out of debt.

Calling their mortgage department rarely resulted in anyone picking up the phone. Messages were returned but mostly slowly. Return of emails was better. The loan officer tried being helpful and rates were just like everyone else's--no worse--but in the end we were given the wrong loan. It cost us an additional $1000+ in interest. We discovered it just before closing so it was too late to change it and get what we had ordered and what
Las Vegas Banks Provider Name Locked
had agreed to. When the loan officer realized the mistake, he had
Las Vegas Banks Provider Name Locked
waive their appraisal fee, which got us back almost half of what was lost. The rest we're eating. Not fun.

I have banked with
Las Vegas Banks Provider Name Locked
for many years (20+). Within the past
few days I tried to get a wire transfer of funds to a title company to
pay for a new home. I have never encountered a more frustrating or
painful experience. I have yet to get it resolved. I called their 800
number, I was put on long hold only to hear a mechanical message that
said "There is no one here to help you now." W**? After calling many
numbers I finally got through to a guy whom I thought would be helpful.
I was asked a number of security questions, which I appreciate. I was
told that the funds would be transferred to the title company early the
next morning. I waited until 4pm the following day to check with the
title company to see if the funds were received. They had not received
anything. After many more calls I got a woman who told me that it took
24 hours transfer money, which was not at all what I was told before.
She told me to call after 6pm for a routing number. I never received
this information before. This sordid mess has yet to be resolved.
Please, please take my advide - have nothing whatsoever to do with this
bunch.
