I actually made a mistake in bidding, and they were very understanding and worked with me because I did want the car. They walked me through everything, and treated me extremely well. I drove to Texas to get it, and they took me out to lunch and made sure I was nice and comfortable in the car. It was pouring rain, so they made sure I was very comfortable with driving the car before they left. They wanted me to call them as soon as I got back to Vegas also to make sure I was okay. It was so comforting to find an honest company, especially after having been scammed in the past. I could not be happier with my entire experience with them. "
