There were problems with the installation of the dishwasher- they lost mine & had to wait for another one from the vendor. I was assured that the carpet would be great for me as it is just my dog & myself. The carpet is not a good choice for a dog owner- the fibers get pushed down into the carpet where the dog's nails make

. After an inspector came to visit I was advised that I could use tweezers to pull each strand back up, so there is nothing further that the company would do. They did adjust the price by about 1/2 of the flooring costs on the bill. However due to the poor advice, horrible installation experience, & customer service, I will never do business with

The service man changed the filter and the refrigerator leaked ever since. The

worked while they were here and when they left it went out again. I was not pleased as I had to eventually fix the leaky fridge myself and the faulty wiring on my stovetop was fixed by me as well. The stovetop was still under warranty, so I was not charged for this service, but the refrigerator's warranty had expired and I was charged fifty-six dollars for a three-dollar filter."
