"The work was performed while I was at work. On returning home, there was a large stain on one area rug that had clearly not been touched, my dryer did not work, one of my two air conditioning units did not work, and there was an incredible amount of debris on the floor and furniture below each air duct. I took time of work the next morning for another technician from
