"Pipe burst in finished basement, which resulted in several inches of water in each room. Called provider based on Angie's List reviews. I left a message, but
called back promptly. He and
were at ...more my house within 30-45 minutes, which was incredible! As it turns out, pipes were bursting all over the metro and I was one of the fortunate ones to have a clean-up service out the same night. It took approximately 4 days for the basement to dry out, but they did a fantastic job! Because of their quick action, they were able to save the majority of our walls, bathroom sink/vanity, furniture and personal items.
were a God send! They were extremely professional, polite and compassionate. I know the amount of the bill was more than $250, but they directly billed the insurance company less the $250, which was a huge relief. They moved all the existing furniture and personal items without damaging any items or walls. I was highly impressed and thankful for their assistance. This was our first experience with a ruptured pipe (hopefully this is the last) and they were completely helpful and put me at ease immediately. I would highly recommend
to anyone and I would definitely call them in the future. I plan to keep the business card in a safe place for quick reference. "

through their website on Wednesday morning 1/8/2014 and received an immediate email back stating that they'd contact us right away. I called about 4pm that same afternoon and was told we were #80 on the list ...more and that someone would call us Thursday evening or Friday morning. No one ever called. My husband called on Saturday, January 11th and was told all of their equipment is tied up. We have not heard from them since. Water damage is not a situation that can wait. Very dissapoointed on the lack of communication. We would have rather been told that they could not get to us and to call someone else. "

"From the start this company was punctual, responsive, and professional. I had an "in-between" job that some other contractors didn't even bid on. (The job wasn't necessarily too small, but it fell in between various areas of expertise, thus making it harder to find the right crew to perform the work.) But Geremiah checked out ...more the problem in-depth, promptly put in a very competitive bid, and was again punctual in getting the work done. His credentials are very good, and attitude was positive. I wouldn't hesitate to use G&G again, or recommend them. "
"My unfinished basement had been flooded a few years ago, but the floor was never properly cleaned. It has always bothered me and decided it was time to do something about it. Once before, I'd had
clean an unfinished basement floor that had 50+ years of dust, dirt and grime on it before putting a house on the
...more and was happy with their work and price so decided to contact them again.
When setting up a date for an estimate, I'd emailed them that I'd be home all day on a certain day and it would be a good day. They emailed back to confirm but I was having computer problems and didn't get the message. They went the extra step of calling to confirm when they didn't hear from me. I appreciated that.
They were right on time the day of the service, got right to work sweeping up anything that was on the floor, cautioning me the garage floor was slippery when some water got on it, and worked steadily to clean the floor. They even swept up the basement steps. They were also very polite. The basement floor looks 100% better and I'm very particular. I lent them a big dustpan and couldn't find it after they left. The office was quite responsive in checking with the workers to see what happened to it, even offering to buy a new one for me. However, it was my mistake--I did find it clipped to a broom. (The last place I'd look.)
Bottom line--I've used
twice and both times I've been more than happy with their work and price. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and would recommend them. "
"Hot and Cold water outlets in laundry room had been leaking for five days when discovered. Called
. They sent someone out within 1 hour. The person who came out said he could fix it for $900, or we could fix it ourselves by buying a dehumidifier and a fan. Cost $200. Didn't even charge for the service call. I appreciate ...more their honesty and willingness to work with us!"
"The pipe broke while I was away. I would estimate water ran for 5 or so hours. I came home to a puddle in the kitchen (and lots of steam). Once I went downstairs, all the ceiling drywall was drooping down a good foot or so. The carpet in the basement was under half an inch of water. That night, I worked to get all the carpet and carpet padding ...more out myself. The next day, I realized how bad the leak was behind the walls, so I started looking for professional help.
and the team showed up in under 90 minutes ready to work. Keep in mind it was a Sunday and power was out at my house due to a storm. They stayed that entire day into the evening to get everything listed above pulled out so the house could dry. They set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry it out. They were good about setting up times each day that week to show up and check on the house. They worked with my schedule and were there when they said they would be. This work was paid for by an insurance claim, so I can't really speculate on price."
"We came home to a flooded basement from a broken pipe. WHile the pipe was being repaired, our neighbor gave us the number for this company. He was familiar with the owners, and highly recommended them. Less than 1 hour after our call, they arrived, and were gone in less than 4 hours. They arrived at the scheduled time for equipment monitoring on ...more each of the following 3 days and then removed their equipment."
"They did a good job. They were under a lot of pressure because a lot of the houses were flooded at that time. So they were moving pretty fast. The price was covered by insurance and it was about $3900. They sanitized and pulled the carpets. They removed 6 inches of drywall, brought in the fans and also cleaned up everything. They really worked hard. ...more I didn?t pay a lot of attention to the cost since it was paid by my insurance company. They were very professional and excellent. It took a couple of days for them to respond but they were pretty quick. We got a hold of them before other people could. Our insurance company recommended them. They were punctual once we had an appointment with them. I would use their services in the future too."
"Awesome! Really fantastic! This happened over a weekend and they showed up on Sunday and got right to work. Bill (our point man) was extremely professional, very competent, a great communicator and just all around excellent. After coming over to check things out early Sunday afternoon, they sent over a crew of people (THAT DAY!!!) and the got to work ...more with dryers and heaters and all kinds of stuff. Over the course of the next two weeks, our house went from being a flooded mess to better than new. Literally, better than it was before the leak.
was prompt, friendly, punctual, and super professional the entire time. Every time they came it looked like they cleaned our house before leaving -- that is pretty unusual in my experience. I would hire these guys for anything. Just a wonderful experience."
