"Everything went well, and I was extremely impressed in all respects. We were in and out within a couple of hours, we received excellent treatment, and the staff" was very friendly and considerate. In fact, they provided me with a warmed blanket when I made mention of feeling a bit cold, and I wasn't even the patient.

"It was two in morning and I had called their emergency line to schedule an appointment for the next day. When I spoke with someone and they heard my symptoms, they" recommended for me to come in right away and I did. They treated me and I was better within a week. The only mix-up was with my co-pay. I had wanted to wait until after I had to be seen to pay for it, but no one was available in the reception area on my way out. Overall, the staff was very personable and receptive. They took great care of me and even made me laugh in the middle of the night.

Called ahead to see if they were open and available on a Saturday around noon. Told me that they didn't take appointments and just to come in. Wasn't overly crowded with patients. Took about 10 minutes to fill out new patient paperwork. Saw doctor after about 15 minutes total wait time. Discussed symptoms with an easy to talk to physician. Received prescription which they had already called into pharmacy down the street. Very efficient operation - friendly staff - comfortable waiting area - nice environment uptown - across the street from a great French bakery - hard to beat.

There are four people in my family so we've gone there a total of ten times, at least. It's fast, you can walk in and don't have to make an appointment, and they're always good. The office staff is professional.

I went in feeling really bad and within an hour, I had x-rays, bloodwork, medication, and had seen a doctor and was feeling great. I had never been there and I have no complaints. The staff was good and I was able to walk in without an appointment. The facility is wonderful, nice clean and the people were friendly.

I have seen the doctor one time so far. Dr. Vosooney is filling in for my doctor who is on a sick leave. I recently visited for a physical and I was very pleased with how she handled it. She is a great listener and is up to date on all the medical practices. I feel like she did a very thorough and complete job. I had no problem scheduling the visit and the staff is great. I was seen about 15 within my scheduled time. I did not have to wait more than 5-10 minutes for any lab tests or other procedures.

I went to the urgent care side of the practice; it is located close to the office where I work. The office and medical staff at Aspire seemed friendly and caring. However, I was in somewhat of a hurry as I was working that day and needed to get back to work. The physician seemed thorough and asked lots of questions about my medical history and my family's medical history, but on this visit, I was not looking for a new family physician, I just wanted a diagnosis about my prolonged cold symptoms. I appreciated that the medical staff followed up with a phone call a couple of days after my appointment to check on my progress. A couple of weeks after my appointment, I received a bill from the laboratory where my samples were submitted. It seems that my billing information had been sent to the wrong insurance provider (I am not sure whether Aspire provided the wrong insurance information or if the lab got it wrong).

I went into the

facility located at the following address 8820 Manchester Road

, MO 63144 I was a cash customer. I was told that my cost would be $75 to meet with the nurse practitioner. They said their might be some additional cost but that would depend on what the nurse practitioner determined. I ended up getting two switches. and they sent me on my way without any mention of additional fees.
I received a bill on 12/15/14 for an additional $125 My complaint is that I should have been informed upfront of any additional costs before any procedures were performed. I should also have been provided a bill and receipt after service on site for these additional fees. I was not informed before or after the procedure, just several days later via mail. I assume they just are use to dealing with insurance companies that will just pay, but for cash customers this is inappropriate. I spoke with them at 314-989-3775 and eventually spoke with

k. She essentially stated that this was just how it worked. and they don't have a call queue like most business, if no representatives are available it rolls to voice mail where you are asked to leave your account information I paid the bill to avoid anything being reporting on my credit. I wont be dealing with this facility or

I've been here once before with good success. I had to wait an hour this time but that happens. The problem this time was the physician neglected to check for an item I am allergic to and I ended up taking medication they prescribed with the allergic ingredient. This happened despite a pointed conversation with the physician about this allergy and asking him to check ingredients. I have had a few bad days of difficulty breathing/tight throat/wheezing/itchiness while the substance works its' way out of my body under the watch of my allergist. Thankfully it has been no worse so far. I tried to locate a way on their website to complain but this is not possible so I wrote a 1-star review. I guess the physician who treated me left a message after he saw that review but I did not receive it. So I called the owner to discuss....He never asked me how I was or what symptoms I was having or if I needed further assistance. His concern was more about his business, that I understand what a nice guy my doctor was, and good reviews. He was tough-acting and I am not sure why. The actual physician did call to apologize and he admitted he made a mistake in not listening to me and checking for the allergen. I appreciated his honesty. But then he talked about how important reviews were. This all put me off. I read a Yelp reviewer who had a similar experience so it happens. Just know what you are getting. Realize they do not have a way to discuss patient problems except to talk with the owner. In a serious case you'd have to call the state for assistance.
