"I was referred by a co-worker. I called at the beginning of spring when it is very busy for pet groomers. I arranged an appointment for the following week. They asked me to bring him in between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. This works well for me because I drop him off before work and they have him ready at 5:30 after I get off. They do a beautiful job and Smoky always looks and smells nice."

) prior to making an appointment. She was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She has almost 20 years experience grooming cats! We discussed my concerns with having my older cat sedated for the grooming and she answered all my questions and assured me that she would do everything possible to avoid this. I dropped my cat off at 7:30 AM and they were ready and waiting. Intake was very painless. They called my regular vet for the vaccination information so I didn't have to bring in copies. They had my cat ready at 4:00 PM as scheduled. The cat was clean, dry and brushed out as requested."

"Took my older long hair cat to be groomed by their grooming salon. They got me in right away. The groomer was pleasant and the intake was pretty painless. The said they would be done by 11:00 AM and would call when she was ready. They never called to tell me that the cat was ready. I called them around 11:00 AM and they said I could come pick up the cat. When I got there at 12:00 PM I watched the groomer attempt to brush out the cat before she put her in the crate. She was not handling her very well, held her under her right arm, facing away from her, and tried to brush out her groin and haunches with her left hand. The cat gave several warnings and then bit the groomer. Needless to say the grooming was never completed. The haunches were still matted when she got home. The groomer obviously needed more training working with cats."
