Upon visit serviceman suggested waiting two more years before we treat (because we had treatment within 2 years - recommended 5 years between treatments). Offered advice on cocroach treatment, saying most Home Depot type products can handle the job we needed. Very honest and not trying to sell us services we didn't need. Also gave a couple of free baits for unknown varmint in front yard."
