"I had the Fishers Mailing station create and print business cards for my husband. It was nice that they did'nt charge any setup or card creation fee. BUT it" was a long a tedious process to get the design done. I gave them an example of the format I wanted with detailed notes about the colors and setup. The first design they created was correct but they added in a color I hadn't asked for. When they gave me a second design, the colors were correct but they changed the design. Needless to say it was a long process to get the design finalized. I do admit that I made changes multiple times, but the business card I needed for my husband had to meet specific requirements and
should be respectful of that. So, after two and a half weeks the cards were ready to be printed. I made the payment and they told me the cards would be ready within 3-5 business days and that somenone would contact me when they were ready for pick up. It had been 5 business days and I hadn't received a call to pick up the cards, so I emailed the owner about the status. A few hours later I received a phone call confirming that the cards were ready and I should pick them up at the 71st street location. I found this odd, being that I live in Fishers and there is a Fishers Mailing Station location. I asked why I had to go down to 71st and the employee told me that I had requested that location. The only way I communicated with this company is via email and I never requested to pick up these cards from another location. Why would I go to 71st street if the Fishers location is where I was doing all the work???? So, I requested they deliver the cards to the Fishers location and said they'd do that later that day or at the very latest, early the next morning. Well, I had a family member try to pick up the cards the next morning and they weren't there! An employee said they were at the 71st location!!!!! How frustrating!!! I needed to have these cards in my hand that day and I didn't have time to be running around town because of someone elses ignorance. To top it all off, I contacted the FIshers location later on to express my deep dissatisfaction and the employee seemed like he couldn't care less that the company had really put me out. WORST of all, the owner of
soon called me to address my concerns but much to my surprise he wasn't concerned about me and my experience at all. He was interested in blaming me for how long it took to design the card; he rambled on and on about how he shouldv'e charged me more and called me a difficult customer!!!! Without ever trying to sympathize with me or offer an apology he suggested that he should throw away my cards and refund my money....wow....good business strategy there! WILL NEVER RETURN AND WOULD NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE DOES BUSINESS WITH
!!!!!!

" This is not aimed at a specific location, but rather UPS in general as this was a multi state event, and I was only given the option of picking one site. As I" sit here with tears pouring down my face, and a lifetime of memories shattered around me, and I literally mean shattered, all I can say is do not EVER trust UPS with anything of value. I opened one box and there was not a single item that was not broken. And I am missing packages too. Many of my boxes arrived split open and re-taped, with items missing. Other boxes were crushed. And I do have a witness to this. There are to many details to go into, but suffice it to say, UPS is a horrid company. They have a claim service, but how do you put a price on memories. All I can say is go FedEx.

I went in to see if they could box a very expensive phone for me to send back and the man was very rude to me. He grabbed the phone out of my hand before he was finished talking to the person in front of me. Naturally I held on to it, because I'm not used to people grabbing things out of my hand -- he made a comment --- " like I tried to do, when you kept holding on to the phone... in an extremely rude

... " He was talking so fast and out of sequence like he was intoxicated? "Not saying he was... I have no idea, but--- just saying he acted like it."
At that time he slapped a couple of pieces of tape on the package and stapled it and told me he was going to "hold it" for the

I want you to help me package the phone so I can get a receipt of it being sent back to the phone company-- this is a very expensive phone and I want to be sure they get it. He said--- "the return label says USPS-- and he went on to explain to me in his derogatory fasion -- talking down to me... exactly what the USPS is.
I told him I know exactly what USPS is and what UPS is-- However I was thinking I could PAY for the package being packaged here and send it UPS vs USPS -- at my own expense for the piece of mind I could get receipt of it vs just dropping it in a box and hoping it gets there. I expected to pay money to UPS--- and not use the paid return label.
He would not listen to me and I took my package and left. No way was this guy going to "hold" my package for me and give to anyone. He was totally untrustworthy.
Bad Experience and I will never go back there. Never!!!

My dad died just before Thanksgiving (my mom passed about 3 years ago), and one of the items in their house that I wanted to have is a beautifully and intrinsically hand-carved wooden swan that they had purchased when they lived in

. It was about 15 pounds, and about 2 feet in length.
I took the swan and a few other small items to PakMail in

at PakMail how fragile this swan was in particular. The wood itself was not fragile but the long swan neck could be broken if it was abused.

assured me that they would pack the shipment with the utmost care and ensure its safe delivery. The shipping alone was about $185. I insured the shipment for $200, thinking that even if the swan arrived slightly damaged, it should be able to be repaired by a good woodworker for about that amount.
The box arrived more than a week later, a HUGE box, about 4 feet by 3 feet by 2 feet, and upon opening the box, which was very full of styrofoam peanuts and bubble wrap, the wooden swan's neck had been broken. It was a clean break. I called PakMail, who asked me to go get an estimate from a local woodworker. I did so and sent him the estimate (under $200), where his instructions were that I should wait to hear from him and he would file a claim with FedEx. I sent him pictures of the broken swan, as well as pictures of the box which showed no external visible damage.
Several days later, a FedEx truck came to my house, and the driver asked to pick up the broken swan. What? I did not know he was coming, nobody had said anything to me about this. I told the FedEx driver that I did not have the box anymore, and questioned him about whether or not the swan could be transported safely. He thought for a moment, then said that FedEx "does this all the time" and that he would ensure its safety. Although not offered, I would not let him take the swan without a receipt, so he (grudgingly) gave me a receipt with a claim number.
I called PakMail and told them about this.

was upset since he said he had specifically told FedEx *NOT* to pick up the swan, but he said since I did not know any better nor had been told anything differently, it would be ok.
Not having heard anything from FedEx a week later, I called FedEx to inquire about the status of the swan, since I wanted to go ahead and get it repaired at the woodworker who had given me the estimate. After being transferred several times, I was told that the swan "had been damaged beyond recognition, and FedEx had DISPOSED of it". What?? DISPOSED OF IT? That was NOT their call and what about the driver who said he could transport it safely?? The FedEx supervisor took my statement to file a complaint against the driver but I knew in my heart that that would go nowhere.

Falch of FedEx (who apparently is the FedEx contact for PakMail), she finally told me after several more weeks that FedEx would take no responsibility for this, and that since the insurance claim for $200 had been paid (and PakMail also felt bad enough about this to refund the $185 paid for shipping), that they would close this case. I told her repeatedly that even if one were to ignore the tremendous sentimental value of a very special item owned by my recently deceased parents, several Google searches showed that purchasing a replacement equivalent piece would be $500-$1000.
FedEx has demonstrated their willful destruction of personal property, their negligence in handling it properly, their unwarranted decision to DISPOSE OF IT (their exact words), and their unwillingness to do ANYTHING about it. Is that the kind of company YOU want to use to ship items that have ANY value to you at all? For me in the future, no way.

I feel like a lot of people are paying bills and communicating online to avoid using the post office for services such as this. After expressing my complaints with their complaint department and my local post office, they explained they would be calling me back and I am yet to receive that phone call. I have selected that I would use them again in the future as I have no choice.

My wife and I had a package to send for the holidays. My wife stopped by this establishment for convenience reasons. There were no problems in the store and the package was promptly shipped. The cost on the other hand was outrageous. She requested basic ground shipping and was charged just shy of $57. Keep in mind this was a complete package, ready to go and only needed a label placed on it. After the fact (I was out of town when this occurred) I found that the package was sent FedEx and was sent a step up from ground shipping. I could have printed the FedEx label online for $29 for this same service. I could have printed a "ground shipping" label for less than $20. I was under the impression my wife was going to an actual FedEx or UPS facility and in the future will make sure that's what happens. I understand businesses have to make their "share", but a $28

These people are straight up rip offs! They sent me a temp to help me at work at the construction company who showed up 2 hours late, then had to leave early! They do not seem to listen when told exactly what is needed for help in the office. They always try to "sell" me on a person saying they have the perfect person for me. I will not use them again.

At this point in time, the people that work here have to be so tired & stressed - at least, one would think so. But, as always, I was greeted with a friendly "hello, what can we do for you today?"
