"I thought their service was good. As far as the local kennels are concerned they are top notch and their price is great. My dog loves it there. "

"I was getting married and had a house full of out-of-town relatives, add in three dogs and it became a crazy situation. was the only kennel I toured that allowed the dogs to play outside in a doggy day care experience, or stay inside in a decent sized room with doggy beds and water. I have one dog who is a people dog and choose to hang out with the staff, while my other two played the day away with the other dogs. Also, one of my dogs was older and had never been boarded before. The staff slowly introduced to other dogs until he was comfortable and when he got overwhelmed they brought him inside to relax. The facility is very clean and the staff was plentiful, energetic and attentive."

"Our cat has stayed for extended periods (30+ days) and has done well there. Cat boarding area is clean, well ventilated, away from dog barking, and has a huge window that overlooks bird feeders, giving the cats something to watch during the day. The cat condos have two levels, and are carpeted and seem to be comfortable. Our cat was brushed and allowed to roam freely outside her cat condo, yet in the cat area for a limited time each day. When we have called from the road, the staff has given us detailed updates on our cat. At the end of each stay, we get a report card stating what our cat enjoyed, and how she behaved and any specifics that we need to know. and 's is a lifesaver for us as we work away from home!"

"They are very good. They are very responsive and they do a great job with professionalism. The great thing about them is that they have a web , so I can watch my pet at work and I can see what she does all day. I can then compare what they she does all day to what I see her doing on line. Their reports are pretty accurate. I am using them again in a few days and will continue to use them regularly."

"I call and set up an interview time for the dog and I to visit the facilities on Wednesday. I inspected all possible areas that my dog could be in as well as the areas that were for other pets. All areas were clean and there were no animals left unsupervised. The facility did not smell of animals even though it was raining and there were 50 dogs and cats at the facility. The dog stayed at the site for two hours. When I picked her up, I received a report on her activities and interaction with other dogs and supervisors. The owner, , went over the report with me and suggested a half day for the following day to insure the dog was comfortable at the site. When I picked up the dog on Monday am she had been resting by her self with the staff at the front desk. She had been given water and chicken broth to ensure she was feeling better from all the excitement of the weekend. pulled all the food records to inform me as to the dog's eating habits over the visit. Great Job!!"

"I felt it went well. Both cat and dog appeared healthy and well cared for. The dog had been bathed before coming home, too, which was a plus for worn-out travelers who had a lot of other things to do."

"Before I was able to board my dog I was told to bring him in to see how he did with other dogs and to bring in his vaccination information from my vet. I did this and he passed. Because they do not let you bring your dog in on Saturday morning, I had to drop him off on Friday evening before 6:00. They told me what to bring for him to feel most comfortable (a tee-shirt of mine and a favorite ) and his food. This establishment is also a doggy day care and they have it set up so the bigger dogs are separated from the smaller dogs. Each room has an attendant to watch the dogs. That appealed to me rather than boarding him at a vet's where he would have been in a crate all day except for short walks twice a day. I feel that he got a lot more exercise here. The people working with my dog seemed to really like him and took good care of him. They also were OK with me calling them on Saturday morning to see how he did Friday night. The price is $22.00 per night for small dogs."

"The staff were friendly and professional. When we dropped off our dog, they quickly gathered the necessary vaccination information and contact information. We provided the kennel with the prescription medication, and food for our dog and this was no problem. We called to pick up our dog a day early, and they were more than happy to give him a bath and have him ready for us."

"Countryside has been our vet since we got our first dog in 1980. They treat our dogs like they were their own. Boarding dogs here is like leaving them with a great neighbor. This vet took 2 of our dogs from adoption to the end of their lives at age 16. When the time comes to put your dog down, the team at Countryside is weeping along with you, and they are very professional."

"They have been a lifesaver! Our maltese has had separation anxiety since we moved & she loves it there. They play with the pets & monitor them all the time. We get a report card at the end of the day telling us what, & who, she played with. They also include her personality for the day. It is obvious they really care for your pet."
