"They cleaned from top to bottom. We have 12ft high ceilings. They used tools to get the cobwebs off the the walls and ceilings. They dusted the tops of our vents, washed the interior bottom half of the windows (top half is too high for their step stool), wiped doors, ledges, base boards, swept and moped the floors by hand, dusted the furniture and knickknacks, vacuumed the mattress after dusting the vent and made the bed. They cleaned the bathrooms. In the kitchen, they cleaned the counters, wiped down the cabinets, the outside of the appliances, and the inside of the microwave. I considered trying another cleaning company due to the price. But I watched the girls in action on the second visit. They are very thorough and professional. I'm very pleased with the results. After the first visit, I provided feedback on a couple of minor things they missed. I noticed the crew leader, 
, made sure those things were done on the second visit. On the second visit, asked how things looked. I noticed the dining room chairs hadn't been vacuumed. One of the girls quickly did that. I am happy they take action on feedback."

"This was an initial cleaning before I decided whether to employ this company regularly. spent 3 hours and cleaned very, very well. I was so pleased that there was no heavy chemical odor left. I was also informed that they would be able to add rooms on a one time basis when needed. Very handy when company is expected.

"I live in a small one bedroom apartment. My apartment is very old and gets dusty. I have a small dog and I can't keep up with all of the dust and dog hair. I hired this company because I loved that they deep cleaned and used all green cleaning products. I was a bit skeptical if the green stuff would clean as well as my 409! I have to say, my apartment is CLEAN!!! This company did an amazing job. Everything was cleaned - including under my beds. and 3 other women worked in my home for 2 hours (I figured it would take them 30 minutes with 4 people). They cleaned things that I NEVER would have dreamed of cleaning: top of fridge, floorboards, pantry floor, tops of my doorways. They even cleaned my DOORS!! THE ENTIRE DOOR!!!! I'm just so happy! I feel like the weight and worry of cleaning my home is gone forever. I can easily pick up things until them come back next month to do it again. I HIGHLY recommend this company. The women were smart and worked hard to make sure I was pleased with every inch of my home. As soon as I met them, I felt comfortable giving them my door code. called me later that night to get my opinion on the cleaning. I feel like a princess! This is a great service!!!"

, an amazing man and hard worker, brought a crew of 3. It took all four of them to clean the house in about 2 hours.
For someone who lived in filth for a long time, I did do a thorough check and found one spot of dust!!

"They always call with the reminder the day before, and even with terrible snow days I've never had them not show up. we've had a few billing issues, but the owner in the branch will call me personally as soon as he finds out about any issues, and has them corrected within a few hours of finding out.
The cleaners have cleaned both while I've been there and away - and they are professional and friendly. They will do some general pick up if things are left laying around (they usually create a neat pile if it's random stuff) and will fold blankets/towels/etc."

"My mom worked for a cleaning company years ago and knew the basics of what a housecleaning entailed. Anyway-the only really specific thing my mom requested was for the main bathroom to be really clean because our guests would be using it (obviously).
and 3 workers arrived on time, but she left to finish up another job after getting them started. We left too to finish some shopping, and asked them to close the door behind them when they were finished. When we came back my mom and I were both surprised at all the dirt we found. A few examples: the bathtub was not very clean, hardwood floors in the bedrooms appeared to be mopped without being swept first (leaving damp dirt & dustballs stuck to the floor), and the hardwood floors under the dining room table were still dirty, etc. Since I had paid for a deep cleaning, I expected the floors under my baby's high chair to be cleaned of dried food (just a few spots but it was very noticeable). It appeared as if they simply wiped the floors with a damp mop. I called to share my concerns and and the workers returned the next morning to correct the situation. I went through the house with her and showed her the things in almost every room that had been missed. I was thoroughly frustrated when explained why one set of wood blinds in the family room hadn't been touched. She said that they were behind the TV and they don't move TV's. I totally understand that, but only about 1/8 of the blinds were actually behind the TV. There was a very large section they could've cleaned without any obstruction whatsoever, but they appeared to be using the TV as an excuse not to clean any of it. The TV itself is a huge projection big screen so there was no fear of knocking it over- just an excuse to not clean the window blinds. They did a fair job but only after returning the next morning to finish. I wonder if they cleaned poorly because my mom insisted on receiving the discount."
